Very nice video. ❤I love the phone, except it's chipset from MediaTek. The MIUI is not that optimized. I was able to downgrade it safely from 12.5.5QJOEUXM back to 12.0.5 QJOEUXM (the most stable version) without any bricks. I recommend to unlock the bootloader first before doing anything else, so you can re-flash it without visiting an authorized seller. The OTA updates will work unless you replace a recovery. Also, do you have any custom recoveries for the M2003J15SG model? I'm scared to use the SS or SI versions as there is a chance I might end up with a brick in my hands.
