To be honest Shia's fiqh is entirely according to Quran and sunnah and law of nature and quite clear in all aspects e.g inheritance,Nikah ,Talaq ,Fasting and in other matters
Sir if marriage fall under irregular marriage and you ask if it consider zina than how children will be legitimate.. Sir generally when you remove irregularity marriage will be regular and valid like addition of witness. But where if some iregularity cant be remove like husband and wife are brother and sister they are not know of this fact at the time of marriage of contract.. they continue marriage in good faith and children in this case legitmate bcz husband and wife not know of this factor.. but when they known this factor of irregularity that they are brother and sister.. and they must be separated from that time and children will be legalimate.. but if they know the fact and going to spearate it will account zina and children will be illegimate according to hanif law
