Against my better judgment I got a heavily mistreated motorcycle and I'm going to re-build it, let's bring this beast back to the shape it's supposed to be.

This is a great first bike, it was my first bike! I now own 2!
Also once u get to the pistons if they need replacement u should be able to use 04-07 1000rr pistons, should be a cheaper find
nice info! Yep this bike is famous for piston slaps and htev noises. Would let her warm up a few minutes before setting off
What a project Albe! When you told me about this I didn’t really understand how much work there was needed! Well, this will be fun to follow dude!
More I take it apart the more work comes up, but it will be very satisfying to get it back in road worthy condition 😀👍
If it’s OEM, you will never find a 13mm anything on a Japanese bike. They believe in Japanese culture that it’s an unlucky number. Love the channel and your content. Ciao Paesano!

My Honda 954 has a gear problem? I have to miss 4th gear as it ratchet/cranks in it. In other words it wont enter 4th. It has been like this for around 5 years now.
What happened? The gear shift pedal at the foot hit a stone on the move and thus damaged the mechanism somehow. I am quite used to it and pass by the 4th

Hi, most likely the 4th gear lost a few teeth and need to be replaced but that would mean opening up the bottom side of the engine 😩

Ciao Mauro, do the euro restrictions apply to a 20 years old bike? I thought after 20 years the bike is considered a classic, but I've been gone for a long time. So in the end I'm not quite sure 😕
