Hi Yousaf, Thanks for writing. As far as I can understand, it seems your core problem is with confidence because you are not comfortable with English language whatsoever. I know you can read and understand but you have problems with speaking and listening English. I recommend you to start watching English movies or serials with subtitles, that will help you keep the pace with language and improve your listening skills. Once you feel confident try to write what you want to speak over phone as a part of practice. Try to make a dummy call to Call Centre and take preferred language as english. It will help you in improving your speaking skills. I will recommend you to read atleast one article from any english newspaper. Hey Sushmita, Yours is a valid point but I hope when I came to know about the company I will be applying to it via their website and HR's email ids are there. If you can't figure that out. Guess what? It's assumed that you will be able to find that at least.
