- Is this the perfect stress toy for someone who sews? I think so! hand stitching this meditation scroll has been an extremely relaxing project. I’ve chosen the softest materials and the simplest stitches which has helped to relax my mind and calm my senses. Here is a link to the place I managed to get some free offcuts from - I chose the natural fabrics scraps pack and just paid for postage but I think it depends on what they have available. I was lucky to get a scrap of white silk in my mix which I am very grateful for, there was also a mix of printed cotton and other materials too, it's a bit of a pot luck: www.contrado.c...

Hi, thanks for watching. I found it a very soothing project to do so I’d recommend it. It’s a great project to use what you’ve got, scraps and odd bits of fabric and it doesn’t have to ‘become’ anything, so no pressure to make it perfect either👍💕
lol cashmere wool now I’ll never find that in my scrap bag. Not that I wouldn’t want it can’t afford it and I’m in a small town in Tennessee not likely but I will find a replacement
😂 lol it’s just tiny scraps of cashmere in mine but they are so soft I just love to stitch with them. I used to Upcycle old cashmere garments and I still have some treasured leftovers luckily, a little goes a long way. There are some synthetics that feel so soft though, my friend have me a couple of acrylic sweaters a while ago and those are also super soft too 💕 thank you again, for watching & for commenting 👍💕 I hope you are well and having a great weekend 💕
