Pran Pratishtha basically infusion of life into the Bhagavan Murti. There is no direct translation of this word in English, Urdu etc. that's why people don't understand and say that we just worship any random idol, which feels so bizzare to hear. Like this propaganda is spread. Glad someone explained it.
Also Sharda peeth is not just a Mandir. Its value, importance and significance is on another level. You can check any video about its significance and history.

If mirror is not placed while removing strip of eyes, idol's power can harm human being.I have seen this 2 times in my life. Because very few people are allowed in this activity.

11:50.... Panchamrita... is a mixture of five foods used in Hindu as well as Jain worship and puja and Abhisheka. It is often used as an offering during pooja post which it is distributed as prasad.
Panchamrut has five main ingredients, yogurt (dahi), milk, honey, tulsi (Indian holy basil), and ghee.
The fifth ingredient is jaggery or sugar along with milk, curds, ghee (of holy Indian cow) n honey. Tulsipatra is for offering. Whenever prasadam is offered to a deity, a tulsipatra is placed on it.
You can check before and after Pran Pratishtha photo of Divine idol. Eyes are different. After Pran Pratishtha you can feel livelihood and divinity in Moorty
After Pran Pratishtha face of Ramlalla has changed.
Panchamrit = addition of 5 elements Milk , yoghurt , honey , ghee , gur. Also tulsi leaves or makhana also added to it sometimes.
Not gur bhai.its dudh, dahi, shehad,ghee aur gangaajal.tulsi leaves bhog lagaane ke time daalte hain or dry fruits to apni marzi se daalte hain. Bina tulsi patti ke koi bhi bhog pura nhi hota

Yes not everyone should listen to the mantras during Pran Prathisthan. Only the Yajman is qualified to do so. It is done with the poorak then kumbhak and rechak and then the Sunyak and woof goes the mantra into the deity.
