This was a part of the episode where they were separated into teams, Jin was with the team that was considered the weakest. During this time they were busy looking for food- He was under water for a long time trying to catch fish. Jin overly exhausted himself so that they would have food for the night. He really did his best for his team.

When Jin is trying to make them laugh impressed him, i just like a proud, when his family is wealthy, but he decide to cook for his younger member and take care of them like a true family, and he stand on in own feet and didn't care his dad wealth💜

Remember in the show law of jungle back in 2017 when Jin risk his life just to be able to get a food for him self and for his companion as well? He dived and search for food in the sea for hours that is cause him dehydration and fatigue.
This is actually the most heartbreaking scene🥺

為了同行怕水和水性不好的哥哥姐姐們，所以碩珍為了大家的伙食，在雨天裡餓著肚子自己下去潛水捕魚，最終因疲勞過度而暈眩虛脫，JIN說：「怎麼也想要讓大家都吃飽。」他的個性真的很暖，每次都對旁人很好，而不顧自己，看了真的很心疼他。😭

Actually he was under water for a long time.. He normally eats a lot but before diving he didnt eat that much so he felt exhausted... His body cant take less foods.. And he told that he felt like he have to throw up.. at 0:19 and 0:25 he told that " I feel like i'm gonna throw up ". He got dizzy and also he had high fever.. But the other team mates helped to him so he got rid from the fever really quickly.. And at the last he said " Gamsahamnida " to them which means thankyou...

Exhausted due to diving and low of sugar.. they need to caught fish for them to eat but unfortunately they didnt get one.. we all know that Jin eat a lot so his body is not used to eat less food..

i see that a lot of people in the comments are confused, so let me clear things up!
jin went diving for food in the water, and after he felt nauseous because he was probably short of breath and hungry. just when jin gets out of the water, he starts to say that he feels like he’s going to vomit. i think he did a little, and then he got the injection and so he healed.
hope you guys aren’t confused anymore! :)
