Those streaming contracts are huge, People like Shroud or Ninja get deals for X years that would give them more money than they'd normally get in that time, and always consistent. These people have competent accountants and know their numbers very well. Once they expire they can do whatever they want. They also don't have to worry about schedules, games they play, content etc nearly as much.
