Hey Alex thanks for the videos. I am a newer busienss owner, I am an accountant and I bought the business I was working for 2 years ago. Income has increased the last 2 years. My goal is to make $120k per year. I'm not too concerned about making more (aside from inflation adjusting). Any thoughts on stabilizing the business and just paying off the business debt/investing in a 401k?

The inspiration to start my own venture came directly from your insights. Whenever I feel stuck or need direction, your videos consistently offer invaluable gems of wisdom that push me forward. From the psychology of entrepreneurship to the harsh realities of what it takes to succeed, your content provides exactly what my growing business needs.
If I achieve my goals one day, it would be an honor to shake your hand and personally thank you for being such a powerful inspiration. You’re the role model I strive to emulate, and for that, I’m deeply grateful.

When people give me new ideas for my shop (you should already be having an online store, why don't you do events for the weekend, etc etc)
I appreciate their caring hearts, I however do take a step at a time as a team of one.
My now focus is leveraging the tourist inflow in my district to drive in store shopping for my business (instead of targeting a potential customer in a far unknown land) and I have only recently announced that I will do weekend events.

Im pretty new to the Hormozi fan club and this channel.
I enjoy the long form content.
The stuff I enjoy most is hearing about when you were broke.
Im just starting my entrepreneur journey through my service side business.
It's been a lot of fun and this channel has helped me in some ways.
But some of the most helpful things are common sense/required things that no one really tells you about until after the fact.
Im dumb dog, it doesn't mean I don't wanna learn.

Growing his UA-cam account would ruin the entire point of his business. His goal is to get as much money for as few subscribers as possible, not to grow his UA-cam.
