Also, is this supposed to be an impossible stage?

Lazer SP advisor is optional but highly recommended.
if you don't have Lazer SP, ask your guild to set him up for you.
If your guild also don't have Lazer SP, well...
Hope your device and you can endure 1,000 turns gameplay...
We're up against all the Hyde(s) here with environmental effect that reduce all player's character skill power by 100%(?)
This effect will be removed every 3 turns.
Hyde SP on the back also keep healing his team and grant them Armor Shift every few turns.
Making it insanely difficult to survive and beat them all down.
But just like the Puggi stage previously, neither of them have debuff nor delay immunity.
So we'll use both against them.
Using standard delay team with Lazer SP's poison damage to speed thing up dramatically.
I'm sure there's a better team out there especially if your roster is strong enough.
But you get a rough idea on how to beat this.

Swap Puggi and Izumi out for Hyde and Crushfang SB respectively.
This team is easier to play and have faster poison stacks ramp up, lead to faster kill time.
start with 2w and 4b then keep spamming 2w and 1g.

For those without this team comp (or hope lol), Puggi, Kittyeyes, and Hugo with Hyde/Nolva support, 234 turns ought to do it consistently at around 75 average level. Same principle lol

hi, im a newbie at around level 55, and leveling up is insanely hard, is there any advice on that?

depend on what your goal is
- If you want to get the most exp/day,
after clearing all the daily missions, spam the most difficult venture quest you can to grin out more exp.
Note that 1 venture quest will give you less exp after 10 runs that day, so switch up after 10 runs.
And all the venture quests will stop giving you exp entirely after 50 runs total that day.
- If you want most exp/time spent.
just chill and do daily missions.
- Spam daily mineral quest.
This will cost you a lot of stardust however.
I personally recommend to take it slow and go for options 2 to prevent burn out.
And this game is more of playing bit by bit each day instead of blazing through as quickly as possible.
There's also a possibility for RA to rerun Everlasting Trial event that give newbies a load of exp too so look out for that
