      I’m also a fan of the Ki Utsuri. Mr Cuddles the Ochiba is definitely a fan favorite and someone stopped by today and said he was their favorite. I do have tosai on site which I sell and some of the smaller ones I have were Tosai I got this Spring and have grown considerably.

    Reminds me of my smaller Tancho Sanke . Mine has a heart shape instead of a round dot but the sumi is similar :)

    • @CapeFearKoi
      @CapeFearKoi  3 роки тому

      Sounds like a nice one! This one has particularly heavy sumi, but I expect it to stretch out some as she grows and gains more shirogi. Curious to see how the 2 develop over time. Where is your from?

    Kodama is a joke be careful with that guy, not the strongest rep in japan,

    • @CapeFearKoi
      @CapeFearKoi  3 роки тому

      I know the reputation was stronger when the father operated the business and the reputation has waned a bit since then with some questionable practices. Luckily, I was able to acquire this koi from someone who had already purchased this fish from there and I re homes it.
      But you’re definitely correct to always do your homework when making such an investment.
