Uncle Grandpa can ascend to a plane of existence where he is real and we are the ones that are fictional if he wanted to, And not even God knows what he wants.
in fact 🤓👆 the world was not being destroyed because he had a job, currently it was the void preparing to get rid of Richard because he no longer fulfilled the purpose of his role so they would probably just replace him
I remember my sister and I were dying at the Pizza Married Couple scene, then having it followed by Darwin accidentally sliding in the “baby” took us out for a good 30 minutes
I’m glad you guys loved The Job and The Remote, because both of those episodes are probably the best early examples of what the show ends up evolving into. The best part is, this show remained consistently fantastic up to the most recent season, but even with the quality starting to wane the show was still good! Personally, my favorite seasons are a three way tie between Seasons 3, 4 and 5.
I love the weirdly depressing meta reasoning for Richard not being able to get a job, the sitcom breaks if anything relating to the status quo will break the show and destroy their universe
The Job and the Remote are two of my top 10 favorite episodes in the entire series. They perfectly represent the kind of clever writing that made this show such a huge success.
The Wattersons are literally one of the most powerful characters in fiction, so far we've seen Richard warp reality from just working, you guys have only seen a fraction of a percent of what Nicole is capable of, Gumball and Darwin has toon force, and Anais is a genius little devil.
(HEAVY SPOILERS incoming for anyone who hasn't watched the entire series) Most theorys agree that it wasn't richard itself warping reality but the void, because it broke richard's "character" he is supossed to be a stay at home lazy dad, when bresking his role, it would alter the show itself and the void is doing everything to avoid being cancelled. So anyone in elmore could cause this with enoguh changue, and it happened. When gumball stopped being the stupid main character tobias became it and it changued to a weird sitcom
honestly gumball only gets better from here. i think seasons 2-5 all have excellent moments (for some reason, 6 starts to feel a bit more tame and less unhinged in plotlines and animation style compared to the others). one of the best shows cartoon network has ever put out imo
Season six wasn't that bad, but you could tell the creative team was starting to feel burned out. And that's not getting into how everyone hated the final episode where everyone turns human and Rob ends up sucked into the void. Ben Bocquelet (the show creator) promised viewers either a finale movie or a new season that picks up where the last episode left off, but, so far, it hasn't been forthcoming. I don't know if Ben is lying, still working on it, or of the executives don't want the viewers to see it.
I've seen arguments that Richard getting a job is more destructive to the universe than Bill... Do you people agree with that? Cause I'm conflicted on which side to take 😂
I actually like season 1 the best. Maybe it's because of nastalgia, because my sister and I used to watch this show as kids when it came out, but I like the structure and humor of those episodes. I don't agree that it's the worst season.
Everyone thinks Nicole is the strongest, and while yes she is peak in physical prowess and extremely intelligent, she literally got liquified by Richard’s chaotic reality warping powers, and Gumball can also warp reality as you’ll see in later seasons, but he does have a limit
Ruff: why do you have the volume so loud my computers audio: 40% me: i could finally hear well whyyy! (everywhere but this channel my audio cant go above 20%. that said, adds during this channels videos make me deaf)
i think that you should really try to memorize episode with richard broking the universe with his job. remember that gumball series look like a sitcom, but this episode has a bit of the lore of the whole cartoon! meta-humour plays a big part in gumball and it's on another level. there are a couple of episodes that will try to look like silly filler as this one, but they are more than that.
I have two high show recommendations, and, funnily enough, they’re both Netflix originals! The first one is Kid Cosmic! This show is incredible, it’s a superhero show made by the same guy who made The Powerpuff Girls and Wander over Yonder. The second one is Hilda. This show is goddamn gorgeous, and it’s one of my personal favorites! Honestly, if you guys react to either one of these shows, I’ll be a happy little lad Also maybe The Legend of Vox Machina. Great D&D show
24:32 "This is just 1% of Nicole's power" Frankly yes it is
This is why Richard is one of the most powerful fictional characters ever
Tell me who else can destroy the whole universe for just getting a job?
Mandy from 'Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy' destroyed reality by smiling.
God shut off the universe and popeye survived because "he eats his spinach"
Uncle Grandpa can ascend to a plane of existence where he is real and we are the ones that are fictional if he wanted to, And not even God knows what he wants.
in fact 🤓👆 the world was not being destroyed because he had a job, currently it was the void preparing to get rid of Richard because he no longer fulfilled the purpose of his role so they would probably just replace him
Joes whistling turning into the background music was such a cool and unique design
I feel more like if it was a kill bill reference, that also happens there.
But either way, a cool scene.
I remember my sister and I were dying at the Pizza Married Couple scene, then having it followed by Darwin accidentally sliding in the “baby” took us out for a good 30 minutes

Lesson of the day: Richard getting a job grants him the ability to warp the fabric of the universe without even knowing it
The Job and The Remote are such a fantastic back-to-back combo of episodes.
I love the weirdly depressing meta reasoning for Richard not being able to get a job, the sitcom breaks if anything relating to the status quo will break the show and destroy their universe
richard being the one that balance the universe is still one of my favourite moment on this show
I love how you can clearly see Gumball chewing on the pen in the beginning, before thinking Banana Joe did it.
to be honest this show gets better every season
Facts. But season 2 is my personal favorite cuz it set the foundation for the show Gumball becomes
I didn’t know just how often I watched this show until these reactions came out and I realized I remember every episode sometimes down to the dialogue
The Remote and The Job are still some of the best episodes of this entire series. At least out of the ones I've watched.
25:18
Richard tried to jump like Nicole did, but he missed
🐰🐰🐰🤣🤣🤣
the animation and events in The Job blew my mind when I first watched it as a kid, it was my favorite episode for a big while
Season 2 and 3 have to be my favorite seasons, they’re full of some of the most iconic moments in the series
The Job and the Remote are two of my top 10 favorite episodes in the entire series. They perfectly represent the kind of clever writing that made this show such a huge success.

Bruh, i hate season 6 is just about drawing "wacky faces" and being 'memeable'
@@ScreenGemsa
Season 3-5 is peak
@@ScreenGemsaI like season 6

@@canaisyoung3601WAIT WHAT?! PEOPLE HATE THE FINALE?!?!?!? BUT BRO THAT EPISODE WAS SO COOL WHAT WHY
I honestly really like the episode "the phone" with that being Ocho's first speaking role in the series
Yes violent Darwin time just a taste of what's to come and one of my favorite episodes Richard getting a job
The Banana is iconic!!😂
I actually hate that episode, it's one of my least favourites
These are my favorite batch if episodes
The Remote gotta be one of my favorite episode of the whole show
It’s honestly so weird and satisfying seeing Darwin snap at someone 😅
Richard and Nicole represent immovable object and unstoppable force in a way
I've seen arguments that Richard getting a job is more destructive to the universe than Bill...
Do you people agree with that? Cause I'm conflicted on which side to take 😂
At least with Bill, there’s a way to outsmart and defeat him. How do you defeat the immovable wall of dumb that is Richard? 😂
@@midnightmorpher9066tell him if he stops what he's in the process of doing you'll take him to an all you can eat buffet
@@midnightmorpher9066Larry is the counter of Richard though.
During the pizza episode the song was just them naming pizza toppings
14:19-14:21
Anais: How wrong can it go?
Chorus: 🎵Very wrong 🎵
Me: It's starting 🤣🤣🤣🤣
My jaw actually dropped the first time watching the end of the remote
The job is one of the best episodes of the show.
Definitely best of the season
That pizza couple scene was one of the most f*cked up moments in gumball🤣
25:57, Light Yagami, meet Anais Watterson
season 3 is my absolute favorite season, with 4 close behind
The way this was episode 6, 7, 8, 1, was a very interesting choice.
This is where we get a smidge of Nicoles power lol
20:08 I love this episode so much and it shows how devious anais is
The whistling bit a kill bill reference 🤣 6:30
Guys Richard having a job disrupts the canon event. He is not mean't to have a job.
I remember watching "The Job" as a kid, its the most WTF moment in cartoon history next to the Regular Show and Smiling Friends
I actually like season 1 the best. Maybe it's because of nastalgia, because my sister and I used to watch this show as kids when it came out, but I like the structure and humor of those episodes. I don't agree that it's the worst season.
just gonna say the ending of "The Remote" freaked me out as a kid
i love sorta stupid reacts
The Job and The Remote are still in my Top 5 episodes tbh
With Anais, it's like all the power she'd get from Nicole went to power her brain rather than muscles and stuff.
11:52 Once you watch the last episode you'll understand how true that is
I can't wait for the turtle episode
Am I the only who still thought Gumball should've been beat up for the whole pen "incident"?
16:02 Why did you stop dancing, Mr. Eric?
Anais is literally the Stewie Griffin of this series
Cute as a button 😊
Smart as a whip 😈
24:27 Bro, you have no idea what that woman is capable of 😂
3:05 One Question: WHY would you bring that to SCHOOL?!
If something like that were put in my care, I'd keep it in its case in a locked safe at home.
Those bananas were doing the Peanut Butter Jelly Time dance from that ancient banana sprite gif
This show can get dark but with neon light to it!
Everyone thinks Nicole is the strongest, and while yes she is peak in physical prowess and extremely intelligent, she literally got liquified by Richard’s chaotic reality warping powers, and Gumball can also warp reality as you’ll see in later seasons, but he does have a limit
Richard, not getting a job it’s a Canon event
18:15 Oh, so Larry's a rock.
I love the darkness of the pizza couple joke
i sleep to your voices
for some reason
"Daisy, daisy, daisy~" in the end with Anais was so creepy
15:39 NO alcohol on Set! XD
What if by taking pieces from the pizza and eating them, Richard was causing reality to fall apart? It had nothing to do with him getting a job!
Best batch of Gumball episodes yet.
17:11 Dance, Mr. Eric
Pobre Richard no puede Chambiar o si no se destruye el universo XD
Seasons 4 and 5 are the best. I cant wait for you guys to get there for some specific episodes in those seasons.
I love this show so much and SpongeBob I’m glad they reacted to this show and SpongeBob on Sunday
I love your reactions ❤❤❤
Season 4 is my favorite because it has THE NUMBER ONE BEST EPISODE IN IT!!!! One word: Nicole
Fun fact: the whistle scene is a kill bill reference
Y’all need to watch the gentlemen. It’s got a lot of famous actors and it’s one of the best movies I’ve seen, y’all would love it lmao
Thx for the reaction
0:31 hman just stares with zero reaction
19:03 someone keep that clip.
I worked at a hotel, I would rather spend my time changing the settings back than do the other things they needed me to do.
My favorite seasons are 3&4 I'd say, but honestly, all seasons have banger episodes.
Ruff: why do you have the volume so loud
my computers audio: 40%
me: i could finally hear well whyyy!
(everywhere but this channel my audio cant go above 20%. that said, adds during this channels videos make me deaf)
Gumball is the type of show better watched in a random order
Not really cause some episodes line up with eachother.
i think that you should really try to memorize episode with richard broking the universe with his job. remember that gumball series look like a sitcom, but this episode has a bit of the lore of the whole cartoon! meta-humour plays a big part in gumball and it's on another level. there are a couple of episodes that will try to look like silly filler as this one, but they are more than that.
my favorite seasons are 2 and 3
The most iconic seasons are 2, 3 and 4
FORM THE SIGNAL
I think Gumball just gets better and better so the best season is the last one. I legit cant remember a bad episode
Y’all are going to love one episode in season 4 episode 37, I can’t give any details but y’all guys will see y ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Who is this mysterious billy of which they speak.
season 4 is definitely my favorite season

3,4 and hot take that season 6 is one of my favs too
Has to be every season after season 2 is my fav…my fav episode is in season 6 I think episode 12
Anais is canonically evil
Funny as hell
It was episodes like the last one with anais that made me glad I was an only child 😭 I’d be horrified
I think with every season show gets better and better. So i think the last one is the best
17:10 Stop twisting the accelerator.
Banana Joe is Littery badli
Probably 3 and 4
I cant wait for the creepy daisy episode
I thought The Remote was Season 2 Episode 1?
26:22 273? What's with that
