Hi. I clicked on the little red arrow and a huge black "Recovery Manager" screen popped up (covering the screen I was working on), with 3 options "I need help immediately", "I'd like to identify and problems" & "I'd like to take precautions". The only other option that I have is to 'X' out which states "Do you want to exit Recovery Manager and reboot?"... gives me 2 options "OK" or "Cancel" The "I need help immediately" has 3 sub-topics Microsoft System Restore, Microsoft Startup Repair Tool & System recovery. Any ideas?

I followed your instruction and it worked all the way untill opening CMD file in the windows login screen.
I typed in net user (enter) and it showed all the users.
After that I typed in net user (enter) and It gave me info about the username, but not the option to reset my password.. What to do?
