@@SH-iz6ig Fury isn’t as good as most think but also I don’t think he trained much for that fight. Compare his shape now prepping for Usyk to his shape when he fought Ngannou. Also AJ is a lot better than a lot of people give him credit for, but he also had the advantage of having tape on Ngannou.
AJ has easily beaten both Wallin and Ngannou. Two fighters that Fury had great problems with. AJ is the best heavyweight boxer in the world right now. Had he fought Usyk while being in current shape, he would be quick enough to keep up with Usyk's speed and win. Then there's Fury at third place.

AJ answered a lot of questions last night, that still remained after the Wallin fight, especially concerning his mindset. It’s easy to say now that he was facing a boxing novice etc etc, but Ngannou was considered a huge challenge and a genuine threat to AJ’s career path by many in the boxing world, and with good reason. Eddie Hearn was very nervous about it. So the fact that AJ even took this fight when he didn’t have to, let alone maintained his composure and executed his game plan on the night, is proof enough of his mindset.

I never believed in a victory for Francis Ngannou against Anthony Joshua. Similarly, against Tyson Fury, the technical gap was enormous, although Fury made two mistakes: the lack of preparation and the tactical error of trying to physically pressure Ngannou. Joshua adopted a more technical approach, keeping his distance and choosing his punches carefully. The only possibility for Ngannou would have been to adopt the style of Andy Ruiz Jr in their first fight against Joshua: technique, aggressiveness, dirty boxing, and power. However, technically, Ngannou is not on Andy Ruiz's level. I would advise him to quit boxing to preserve his aura and prestige. Sometimes, it's too easy to quickly destroy what took years to build.
Wonderful analysis but I think ngannou should keep fighting.
For now 2 more fight, one before the end of the year against top 30 in the world like chisora for example.
And the third match against et top 15. Then if he win those tree matches try a fight again the top 4. Like a do or die...

Great result, big respect to AJ and FN. Two titans of two different sports and the difference between the sports was illustrated here. FN has much to look forward to in boxing, despite the result. Still don’t like AJ’s comments during the lockdown’s but give him his dues, he proved his greatness here. Fury needs to put the graft in, the finish line for him to leave with his head high is a minimum of two fights away…..

My point is that NO BOXER WILL EVER BE ABLE TO COMPETE IN MMA like the MMA guys can compete in Boxing! Again, I watch boxing 🥊 these days but you absolutely cannot have success in MMA without a serious and extensive wrestling and or grappling background! To be a competitive MMA fighter, striking will be your secondary training! Just look at the success of the original UFC champions! Even David "TANK" Abbott was a college wrestler!!!

AJ won me over, love this dudes charisma. Will be great to see him and Fury square away in the ring. Though the Fury that fights AJ will be far different than the won who fought Ngannou, absolutely no one too FN serious including Fury, and he got embarrassed by it. AJ had the benefit of seeing what FN did to Fury got serious and trained for it.
AJ has lost a lot of respect due to his losses. If he goes on to win the titles against either Usyk or Fury then it'll be a great, great comeback. He needs to defeat Usyk at some point for the redemption ark
