In this video, my wife and I wander around the "Old City" of Chiang Mai. We show you the Tha Phae Gate, some street food and my search for Khao Soi.
Khao Soi is one of Northern Thailand’s signature food. The dish has a curry soup base with hand cut noodles, coconut milk, some meat and topped with various vegetable garnishes. A simple but delicious dish. I had to taste Khao Soi and there’s no other way to experience this than in the streets of Chiang Mai.
