Thanks, I got this working ok. The first vid created is generated very fast, literally a 14 seconds, then subsequent vids took 6 minutes, so not sure why. Anyway, it's much faster than Cog-Studio which takes about 20-30 minutes to make 6 seconds. Both outputs are about the same quality with often- bizarre results from a Frankenstein paint factory. Fun all the same and thanks for another local PC install tutorial at the bleeding edge.
@@JoshuaKoonce-ex5in that means you don't have the portable version which is comfy which is fine. So use the virtual environment you created in the comfy folder
Im now getting this error in both LTX Video AND SwarmUI "ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'comfy.controlnet'". but I have changed nothing. Any ideas ?
@@cognibuild yeah, working fine but somethings gone wrong but I dont think I changed anything. Anyway, Ill keep at it, or just scrap the whole thing and wait for you to to a vid on something even better, which surely wont be too far away considering the pace of change.
