It seems, mistake of fact/ law as claimed by one party later is not as such excused, since it may not be treated as genuine/ indeliberate for declaring contract made on that basis to be void
Sir suppose , if 2 person make a contact and fulfill their obligations of contract and perform it whole. For instance one give land and other gives money for that and purchaser take possession of that land. Whether seller now raise objection that contact was made in coercion. If yes. Than plz tell me the limitation and stage for raising objection. Thanks a lot.
He may challenge the sale on the ground of coercion but it's difficult to prove the coercion. I think limitation period is 3 yr. But plz check the same. It's my opinion what I thought

Under the Punjab Tenancy Act, 1887.
All state has its local laws for the ejectment of tenant
