His property is part of an HOA, which means there are deed restrictions and rules that have to be followed to maintain uniformity and a safe, clean environment. The owner knows this but doesn’t care with that trailer trash mentality “It’s my land, I can do whatever I want with it, don’t care if it hurts anyone around me.” HOA’s have their pros & cons. Having a junk yard is strictly against any HOA policy, as no HOA would ever allow this. This guy isn’t the brightest bulb in the chandelier and I hope the HOA wins against this.

That wasn’t messy, it was clearly a hobbiest, everybody ain’t fortunate to have good credit and past life, inheritance, etc.
