Thanks. I’ve been using them a little bit more frequently the past couple months and started noticing the non stick surface getting a build up now. Still non stick. But not sure how much longer it’ll last. Check out my video on caraway. Those pans are virtually identical for surface. Just a little nicer design.

Thanks. Think the biggest thing is not overheating it and cleaning it immediately so things do not get stuck on.
This was really helpful. I have the mini perfect pot, but I've been holding off on the regular size.
I think the perfect pot is a great size. The always pan could definitely be bigger.
