been there at port mansfield, even tough weather says low winds, it doesnt matter over there, happen to me lots of times, until one day, i couldnt turn back, i had to get tow back by a boat, to tell you the true, i did almost cry after i arrive at the ramp, not going there anymore, is always very unpredictable
@@Fgalvezpool that's so crazy bro. Yes it's not for everyone I have had challenging days on a boat that's for sure. It's good that you were able to make it back to safety with the help of a boat. Make sure to follow we have more videos coming up this week.
The winds and waves are very unpredictable at PM. I would not take my children across that intercoastal waterway in a kayak for any reason. Glad she is safe and a video in her own words would be a good one.
Ya brother I’ve been in that same situation I feel for yall. Poor Sandy, she’s tuff. I went from Talley Island to Mud Island and back. On the way back we hit 3-4ft swells. My buddy’s were there then they weren’t lol. I said the hail Mary and the Our father the entire way back to Talley Island. I did have a motor tho. The direction I needed to go was along side of the waves. So I had to use the stair method to get back. Using the motor I was able to turn into the wave to go over it as I made my way back. It would’ve been way harder if I had to pedal through it. I’m glad yall made it back safe.
Definitely worth watching. 💯👍

Idk man. I think educating our youth on how to tackle PM is the way to go. Not sheltering them. Sandy is a BEAST!

@@PatrioticPescador wow bro that's crazy even with a good weather forecast you still have to be ready for anything
You should have said. "You stop...you die". Not kayaking. Cheating death is more like it.
