(But at the same time, I'm glad that the show is letting him show that all this shit builds up over time, and even he has his breaking point, and I'm glad they're addressing his frigging hell-trauma because seriously!) But I know Dean is going to try to help him, because he DOES realize just how much Sam has been there for him when he's had trouble.
