Hi, thanks for the suggestion. I highly appreciate it. I'd like to clarify first, do you mean you want to automatically put the data from Google Sheets to Google Forms? or the other way round? Coz you can't automatically pull data from Google Sheets to Google Forms. But you can directly create a Google Form from Google Sheets but not pull out data.

Does the data remain available in Google Sheet for life or does it have a specific period and disappear?
It should be there for life unless someone who has access will remove or delete them
