Let me ask about the low relative inflation so if exports are competitive they become cheap and so there is increase in demand for exports hence increase on the net export hence increasing aggregate demand leading to demand pull inflation but here you are saying there is low relative inflation

I need to address the sheer stupidity of this comment no matter how old it is. Low inflation is a cause for current account surplus, then he mentions that the consequences lead to higher inflation correcting the surplus as AD shifts right. So inflation increases, but you didn't notice that because why would you notice such an obvious thing.
