For this interview, we're innovating by offering you a B2B interview featuring two giants of electronic music. On one side, we have Molécule. He is an unusual musician.
Behind this enigmatic alias hides Romain De La Haye-Serafini, electronic music composer, producer and DJ.
Molécule is an adventurer, both literally and figuratively, who likes to confront extraordinary experiences and territories to feed his imagination and create out of the ordinary sound and visual material. He made field-recording his favorite pastime. A sound sculptor and noise hunter of all kinds, Molécule regularly travels the globe to extract
the substance for his music.
By his side, Yuksek, a DJ known all around the world for his energetic disco/house mixes, prolific remixer (for Gorillaz, Lana Del Rey, Breakbot...), producer for Juliette Armanet or Clara Luciani, founder of the Partyfine label, or composer of original soundtracks. Yuksek alternates between projects with an enthusiasm that betrays his deep love for music as a talented jack-of-all-trades. From the soundtrack of the Netflix documentary on the Grégory case to the sunny compilations of his Partyfine label, from his production talents in service of Armanet, Luciani, or Feu Chatterton! to Destiino, a dark and minimal side project, Yuksek has found a playground equal to his taste for experiences and encounters.
