I know I sure wish that the hybird model/CGI series still continued with traditional model engines, locations, backgrounds and faces being filmed at Shepptron Studios, with CGI faces on the engines, the people, animals including Harold the helicopter still being animated at Nitrogen Studios in Canada, with the two Michaels (MA and MB) still as narrators and the characters are still soley voiced by the narrator. And the music style of season 8-12 would remained the same with Robert Hartshorne.
I would’ve hated if model/CGI Thomas continued for throughout season 12-14 Considering how badly season 12 age it would not look good for three seasons, but the animation will slightly improve and I would’ve loved if classic characters like Duck, Donald and Douglas also Oliver, as well as some others that appeared in season 12 reappeared in those seasons, as well as cameos or speaking roles in the specials of hero of the rails and misty island Rescue And the seasons, I am really happy to live in a timeline with Thomas switch the CGI a little later than originally expected.
Imagine Hero Of The Rails being on the full hybrid style of season twelve including series 13? Also Kevin did have a face mask made for reference to merchandising the character, so he still would have made an appearance in the movie if were to be a hybrid like originally planned.
I this might be an Unpopular Opinion but I kinda wish the Model CGI Hybrid Continued. Just to see what it was like more and I would of liked more characters. Mind you I wish the Andrew Brenner wrighting style happened in Season 13 Instead of 17 and the creators cared about the brand like in the Classic Series. Could you do a what if video If classic Thomas somehow continued if we didn't get the rebrand in 2004 please?
