Thanks for this recipe.Can we put it in the oven? I don't use the microwave .
You definitely can, but I haven't tested it with this recipe. Try 350 degrees F for about 15-20 min. Toothpick inserted in the middle should come out clean.

One more question. Could you please have more recipes for cancer patients that are in low fiber diet due to the partial bowel obstruction ?
