I actually would like to thank you for sharing the sweet success. Ever since you told us I have been buying them. I don't know what is wrong with my oven but my cakes fail to rise. I can good huge Yorkshire puddings no problem but cakes not a chance. Since I started getting them. I am now practicing my icing skills so thank you. I'm not doing it to sell but for my own wanting to learn.

Can I give you a tip when heating your ganache? Set a small amount aside before you heat up the ganache and if you overheat it, mix in some of what was set aside. It’ll come together quite quickly. I often overheat mine.

Thank you :) I just let the ganache dry a little bit / firm up until it felt like clay, hope that helps
