But since the Vancouver campus comes to mind to everyone when they hear UBC, I am having a dilemma
Could you help me with this ?
This is a tricky situation indeed! There is no correct answer in this situation. So far, I have not experienced any bias while looking for jobs as a UBC"O" student. Globally, the Vancouver campus is more famous; however, within Canada, I find that people are generally aware of both campuses.
@@notesstoshare Thank you so much !!!
Hi. Can you pls put a video on how Indian students can get into UBC ?
Like the cut offs, personal profile etc
Hey can u tell would ubc be better or nyu?
Perhaps speak to a few UBC students and a few NYU students. Ask them about what they like and dislike about their university. That'll help you find the answer :)
Which degree are you pursuing in UBCO?
B.A. Philosophy, Politics and Econ (PPE)
I legit thought you were from somewhere around the Mediterranean, you desi yo. Congratulations you won the genetic lottery.
Btw, how much am I looking at if want to complete a masters from UBC with a PR with me? Any rough figure would help yeah... any commenters who wish to answer are most welcome..
Hello! It depends on the program. Details about all sorts of fees (UG and masters ) are easily available online. Here's where you can find the tuition fee for masters programs-www.calendar.ubc.ca/vancouver/index.cfm?tree=14,266,773,1450

Hey! Can you please tell whether UBCO looks into grade 11 scores for undergrad admissions or 10th and 12th grade scores? I'm from India and I'm currently waiting for my grade 12 results. My percentage in 10th was 95% and 12th grade expected result is 93%. Also, please tell about the scholarships they offer to the international students.
Bro only go for UBC UG if your parents will afford to pay over 1 crore for the 4 years.
Yes, they see btoh 10th and 11th scores and your predicted 12th scores./.
Thanks for the detail
I got 85 % in my 10 boards
And 88% in 12 class
IELTS Score was 8 band
Can I get admission in Eco honours.... Plzzzz. Tell me
If u r on Instagram ,we can talk there too
Ahhh, I hope you do. Contact UBC's admission office - recruitment.ok@ubc.ca
They'll be able to tell you more about how admission to UBC works and what grades you need. Best of luck Joeee :)
Great video, thanks
Are you Indian and still in Canada?
I am Indian. At the moment, I am in india. Hoping to head back soon!

that's what i thought too lmao
Hello mam!
I wanted to ask a few things , would appreciate if you could help.
1) I'm a junior in high school. I'm studying in India currently. I have got above 90 percent since grade 6th .
2) I'm also working with 3 NGOs currently and doing a dozen of internships online (a month long) .
3) I've also got a book published.
4) Hopefully I'll be starting my own organization next year.
My parents are financially stable but I don't want them to spend any money on my education.
Am I eligible for getting a scholarship?
I'm willing to get a student loan too but it'll be better if I get a scholarship. Could you tell me the eligibility criteria for a scholarship on the basis of merit or make a video about that?
Would really appreciate it!!! ❤❤❤
I am assuming you're an international student. Check out this link you.ubc.ca/financial-planning/scholarships-awards-international-students/ for a list of scholarships and their eligibility criteria. Scroll to the bottom of the webpage and select a campus- Okanagan/Vancouver. I am sure big things are coming your way. Best of luck! :)
@@notesstoshare thankyou❤

@@notesstoshare So both Vancouver and Okanagan campuses have same value right?
@@amoghkumar2292 I wish this had a straightforward answer. Both campuses are unique in what they offer. The "value" depends on what you are looking for.Take a (virtual) campus tour to get a feel for both campuses :)
