Other signs of a bad wheel bearing include: Wobbling wheels If the wheels wobble excessively, you can jack up the car to check for play in the wheels. Changes in noise The noise may change in volume or pitch when you turn or go around corners, which can indicate which side of the wheel bearing has failed.
