      Hi 👋, I didn't put santan because there are elderly people in my family, so it is not recommended to eat it if you have a bad stomach or heart. Of course, if you like to add santan, you can add santan when you finally add fried potatoes into the curry. It will taste better😊

      @@Liewsmom I see. I just made the dish with your recipe. Frying the potato first really makes it more delicious. I put too much chilli powder because I love spicy but it gave it a slight bitter taste.

      @@Simon-xb8tl Yes, putting more chilli powder will become slightly bitter, if you love spicy you can add chilli padi(tabasco pepper) together with the dried chilli paste, make sure to smash chilli padi before you add.😊
