Thanks for the info and making it super simple to understand. Around 6:15 into the video you mentioned there is a workaround for taking out equity from properties in the SMSF which you said you will address in the end. I watched the full video, but I couldn't find the workaround part or maybe I didn't get it. Is there a workaround to paying off PPoR debt using equity from SMSF properties or use the SMSF equity to eventually buy property in your own name?
Hi Niro, I’ve used buyers agents before and have been following your content for a while now. I’m in line with all your views and opinions on property. And all because I focus on data aswell. Soon I’ll be looking at engaging another Ba for my next property. I would like to work with just you and not just “one of your team”. If that’s not how you work, you just palm us off to one of your team wouldn’t be interested. If you are engaged in the handling and viewing of properties personally as a BA, please let me Know. Just rather be clear from the get go.
Hey John, thanks for the comment and reaching out. We're not trying to be a big business where I palm you off onto others. I am personally involved in every step along the way, from advising the right areas for you to buy in, through to property vetting etc. I hope that helps?

Great detailed info. But can you buy property if you have defined benefits? I can never get a clear answer so far.

Great content thank you. Not wanting to be critical, but your staggered speech was distracting, sighed like chat gpt at times.
Very well explained Niro, Could I have your email id and mobile no, I need to have an advice regarding this as to my personal situation please?
