Hey Matti, thanks for your tutorials. What do you think about some prepop? Looks like sometime you have a little pump just before Ollie. Good/bad/helpfull?
Victor Zavadsky Hey Victor! Man this is such a good question, and thank you for reminding me about this. So it definitely does help when you’re trying to boost a nice big Ollie but I don’t recommend it when learning them as it can put you off balance. I would also keep it as small a movement as you can when doing it to stop your feet from moving around to much. I hope this helps my dude! Thanks so much again!
Hey! Thanks so much for your comment. Always appreciate the questions. So i am normally riding around 30 to 32 km/h on both the cable and behind boat. Boat might vary depending on the wake. :) i hope this helps mannnn
Good stuff, all bout repetition. I’m old school wakeboarder/snowboarder, some skate. Just starting WS, told myself ollie, ollie, ollie. What is wakeskate boat speed n rope length? Should one not try to jump wakes if haven’t mastered Ollie??
Hey Bru, thanks, How's your ws journey going? Everyone's progression is different, and with many different pulls available Wakes aren't always an option so most people start with flat tricks progression, but If you are riding behind a boat go for it, I would recommend starting on a short line and driving at the speed where the wake is clean at that length. As you get more comfortable you can lengthen the line and up the speed if you want.
Thanks for great tutorial. Could you tell me what is the perfect speed to make an ollie? My ollies for now are realy low, no way to do any air tricks with the amount of hangtime I got. I tried faster speeds, but then when I jump, the water force is just to big to push the tail of the board into the water. I'm gonna upload my pathetic attempts on the weekend, mby some1 will review them and tell me my mistakes.
Hey Fascio! Ah dude dont worry or beat yourself up about them to much. Ollies can take time and it really does just come down to a lot of repetition when getting them bigger and more comfortable. But comment the link when you upload them and i will try help you out as much as possible.
Thank you very much! Please donˋt stop doing the Videos. Looking forward to seeing more
Sven Janka ah no thank you dude! So happy you like it! I will definitely try to keep them coming!

Hi, but after the push do I jump up with the back leg? Or the water just pushes it up. And do I use the rope pull momentum to take me up or not?

oh wow, didn`t notice that at all. But you are right. I do the same when wakeboarding when the water is flat to get a bit more air.
