I have one of those at home, in perfect condition, at least so I thought, but after seeing the result of your restoration, I realize it could look so much better! Amazing job.
One thing if I can make a suggestion is that the pieces that handle the food is that you can chrome plate nickel or chrome them. Other than that you have done an awesome job.

We use am eletric carving knife for our rotissary, helps keep the shawarma meat tower stable.
A lot of that looked like layers of chicken grossness. Yuck. Until the cleaned up version.
