It took me a while because English its not my native language, but after a little search i think RA its "Resident Assistant" Its a person who coordinates activities and other stuff in college and universities. (Like checking the dorms and making sure no one has anything they are not supposed to) I could be wrong, but i think its that. If im right i hope this little comment can help lost people like me, like five minutes ago.
