Might be a groumd issue or something. Or since you modded the deck the antenna is damaged. Orr your wifi signal is somehow getting reflected by the table too well
I checked the antenna connectors. They are fine. Grounding is a good idea. I will look into it. What true is that the oculink adapter isn't shielded and this weakens the wireless.
I have struggled with wifi connection since I got the deck back when they first released. I lifted the dock with my hand by 6" and boom. resolved. WTF. This needs more upvotes. Also, what does this say about where the wifi radio should be relocated for a SteamDeck 2...

Glad to have helped. Since I got only 2 bars in my room I am now using a cheap temu controller rack as a stand.
