Honestly, Wheels needs to get his act together. He shouldn't have stolen the money. A lot of parents wouldn't let Wheels stay with them knowing all of the trouble he's caused, but Joey's has. He should be EXTREMELY appreciative, but instead he took complete advantage of her. Joey deserves better of a friend.
I agree! He Can't keep getting angry at everybody just because his adopted parents got killed! He needs to get help talk to somebody about his feelings hiding his feelings doesn't help!
Yeah I think a lot of who need also realize that he’s acting out because of the tragedy he went through but most people are heartless and don’t care because they don’t think about that I lost my parents doing in a bad way so yeah I can’t understand that I will never steal from people though but at same time you do what you do and deal with in your own way and that’s because he’s not facing it but love you wanna be heartless now I know that was him being ungrateful for letting him because she loves stay with them and I don’t blame her for being upset or whatever but at same time I get it or size and not giving a shit what he really went through but whatever

I remember when Wheel's parents died. It was very sad, and I felt so bad for him. But over time, he became complacent, and used his own tragedy to suit his own purposes. When confronted by his friends and grandparents about his behavior and how it was affecting him, he pulled the old, "oh, you don't understand! My parents died! Boo hoo hoo!" Guilt tripping the people who cared most about him just to get his way. And in School's Out, he even shocked me more when he showed little regard for the toddler he killed while drinking and driving. It was all about "poor me" over and over again. A friend like this should be cut loose from your life forever, which is what Snake ended up doing. Joey of course didn't want to give up that friendship. But even he had to realize that a friend like this just drains you emotionally.
very true. however it was painful for him when his parents were killed. His actions were inexusible regardless. Joey was a bad influence on him at one point but at least he grew up and took responsblity. Wheels didn't take reponsblity for anything he did and feeling sorry for himself which made it worse for himself because nobody could trust him
Snake cut his friendship with Wheels as a result of not learning from his experiences, especially when a drunk driver killed his adoptive parents, and then he killed a child and seriously injuring a close friend as a result of you guess it, drunk driving (spoiler alert). In short, Snake doesn't tolerate people who don't learn from their mistakes or life experiences.
My Father died Four Years Ago and never once do I play the "You Don't Understand Me". I've really had to step up and take care of my Mother and My Sisters aren't in a position to help out.

I'm really fed up with wheels now he has clothes, food, and a roof over his head what more could he need? That's so rude taking advantage of the people that are caring for him!
In his sick warped mind, Wheels feels that The Jeremiahs "Owe" him. After all, it was Joey who convinced Wheels to come over to his House to rehearse when he wasn't supposed to so Wheels feels that they have to take care of him as a form of an apology.
Wheels also doesn't learn from his experiences, especially during the movie, Schools Out, when he has a drinking problem, kills a child and seriously injure Lucy Fernandez. After losing his adoptive parents to a drunk driver, you think Wheels would know better than to drink.
@@HalifaxHercules Wow. A best friend gone bad-to-the-bone, in real-life, Neil Hope, who portrayed him was an introvert, who was also born to an alcoholic family, who lost his father, when Neil was only 15. They had to incorporate that story into Degrassi, when his character has lost his adopted parents, both to a drunk driver, in an automobile accident, having no choice other than Wheels to live with his grandparents, not only that, and you're right, he doesn't think of anybody, except himself, not even Heather. Imagine, the character of what it had experience on the show, almost happened in real-life, but different. May he #RIP.
I don’t think people really realize how much is how damaging it can really be to somebody when they lost somebody they really love and they never really dealt with it people really never dealt with tragedy like that I know it wrong my tragedy that I’ve dealt with I’ve never just half of the things that he did but I did sit there and act differently and I didn’t sit there or not treat the people that love me not that great because of what I’m dealing with because I have depression and all that stuff and I think maybe he had depression and not dealing with it I don’t know but I think a lot of people on here is a little heartless because it doesn’t make sense for somebody to start acting out after that and you know it’s funny how it shows how many people turn their back on somebody when they weren’t like that in the beginning he wasn’t like that before he changed after his parents died but he wasn’t like that before but then people who I’m trying to back out of this are hating on him because he’s acting out and that’s why you never change because people turned their back on him that’s how you know who really cares to say that people really care if they’re gonna turn it back on you because he went through a tragedy not everybody does what he died did let me go to tragedies I know but yeah people do act out because you don’t know how to deal with it and it’s better to push people away that love you especially if he feels guilty those parents died he might blame Cell for his parents death
After the 2-part episode where he ran away then reconciled with his grandmother, they should have moved his storyline in a positive direction, but instead they had him become a lying jerk, and he drank and killed a 2 year old while driving. After that, there was nothing he could have done to redeem himself.
The one thing that I admired was that Joey was more responsible with his academics after he flunked than "before". Also, I feel that Gretchen Heilbeg who played Mrs. Jeremiah's acting improved since Degrassi Junior High Series One.
You know what's also so ironic Joey has to deal with Wheels stealing then he deals with Craig stealing his Credit Card, trashes a Hotel Room, then finding out that Craig ruined a Wedding that wouldn't have been recognized not too long ago then finding out he's Bipolar. I felt so bad for Joey when he couldn't pay for The Chinese Food.
What the fuck are you a psychopath do you ever wish that wow I don’t care what somebody does you don’t wish that on somebody but I lost my parents in a car accident to and I was in the car with them and on top of that goes there a tragedy like this and appears like that sometimes it changes you you’re an idiot to ever wish that on somebody is one thing to not feel bad for him anymore but you don’t wish that on somebody crazy son of a bitch
instead of being grateful that he was taken in by his friend's family, he stole from them and called his best friend a jerk...some people deserve to be smacked
He is a Narcissist. He sucks the oxygen in The Room, he plays The Victim over and over again, it's never "His" Fault. My Cousin is like that and I didn't even realize it. He borrows, plays the Victim, and although he pays back, sometimes he doesn't realize that his immaturity and irresponsible ways affects the folks around him.
Don't forget that Quaker, PepsiCo, and Cleartech were Degrassi High's three sponsors during season two, which is why you see Dipps granola bar boxes strategically placed during the season. For example, in season 2, episode 4, "A Tangled Web", you'll notice that a box of Dipps granola bars are secretly place at the Ryan's pantry. That's how large corporations like Quaker and PepsiCo are able to attract customers.
Also he says to Joey how easy he has it, and then he says the same thing about Snake where he says "Everything he got, it was handed to him, everything I got I had to work for." Sometimes I think deep down Wheels was jealous and resentful that they still had their parents and he didn't.
I think that is really dirty, stealing from "Mrs. J". Wheels is too casual at Joey's and obviously takes for granted that they are letting him stay there and he eats and steals them out of their own home. That is effed up!
I had a "friend" like wheels once. He lied to everyone. He stole from everyone, and not just petty change. And when caught red-handed, he'd play the victim. One's family problems does not lead them to steal from friends. Needless to say, the "friendship" ended badly.
Actually family promise can cause people to steal it happens all the damn time longer than you think not everybody does it nope but there are people has been to tragedies are in two things yeah they do calls on the seal now is there any excuse oh fuck now and what I want a friend like that it’s going to steal from me know I have friends so for me I had a friend that she would lie steal she would even lie to her mom because I’m her Metallica one time I’m not allowed to have company over you know my mom was at home so she lied your mom saying that we had to do a project and she walked to my house and I my mom wasn’t home from the door everything I didn’t answer the door right away and then she called me for my neighbors house so then I had a litter in and I was afraid I’ll get in trouble but I tried I tried explaining my mom I did not know she was coming I told her she can come over when she wasn’t home because I almost got in trouble for that and then I talk to her and her mom called us she said awesome by the project and I was like what project my friend and tell me anything about that doesn’t even tell me she lied to her mom and her mom was a nice woman she was a single mom trying to raise her and doing her best but she was also the only girl she had like four other brothers but yeah I try to stay friends with her for a long time but it just didn’t work out because she would do that stuff all the time and I just couldn’t help her anymore and I felt bad for giving up on her but now that I’m older I wish I didn’t give up on her because I look back and I’m like I don’t know what she was going through
He stole from Mrs. Jeremiah. Man can you imagine how challenging it is to go over the Bills and see that having an Extra Person in The House can affect you financially.
Oh I just realized another thing. Craig would later steal Joey's Wallet, goes on a Mad Spending Spree and buys a suit to a wedding that he wasn't even invited to.
There was a glitch at 02:08 and 02:21. BLT and Cindy walk past Snake & Joey Twice. Ironically The Actress who plays Michelle Maureen Mckay became a Real Life Lawyer.
Good, I thought I was the only one who noticed that. I don't know about you but I feel that the Degrassi Show has slipped in the past two years. I said this on another Channel, but they've done every single issue known to Mankind. I think they should quit after this year.
Yes. Maybe I'm being prejudiced but I grew up on the 1987-1989 Degrassi, Then Degrassi High, Then Degrassi The Next Generation, then plain Old Degrassi. Nevertheless it's a National Treasure.
Right! Wheels lost his parents and he had bad times but he went too far.He needs a good slap and he should stop the eternal chorus "Poor me..My parents died"..and so on..He must assume his bad actions.
I really admired how Mrs. Jeremiah was going over the Accounts. Now more than ever that's needed. My Cousin and her Husband have a Home Office where they go over the Accounts and they know that the Bills are being paid on time, and how much they have in their account. It's shocking to see how Wheels would "Lie" by today's standards he'd be known as Narcissistic. I said this before but never leave your Wallet, Money or Purse in a place where Temptation can arise . I'm very impressed with Joey doing his Homework. He really manned up that year.
Mrs. Jeremiah probably didn't foresee that Wheels would stoop this low to steal and not learn from his mistakes. Wheels was known for being one of the stupidest characters in Degrassi History as he never learns from his mistakes, first with constant lying to his Adoptive Maternal Grandparents which lead to his banishment, then he lies to the Jeremiah's in stealing money while he stays there and takes advantage of them, and then he goes to jail as a result of killing a child and seriously injuring Lucy Fernandez as a result of drunk driving during "Schools Out". That explains why Snake wants nothing to do with Wheels at the end of "Schools Out" as he doesn't deal with anyone whom lacks wisdom.
Oh yes! My Cousin did that. She saw some Money that was hidden in a Sugar Bowl, and took it and acted nonchalant. People will take your Cash and "Lie" and deny and when you ask them to look you in the eye about it, they get defensive and angry because they know that they are guilty as Sin.
a master manipulator can use a tragic event in their lives to evoke sympathy from their friends and family, most friends will help but after always being on the giving end wears thin, you do not steal from a family giving you a home and then get mad because they caught you using them
I read they would use what was really going in the characters lives to make their storylines. They went too far with Wheels. His character became despicable.
I would never ever steal from my best friend's parents. Glad to see he eventually paid Joey back later on and admitted it was his fault for stealing. If I were Wheels I would also go back to school full time immediately, work part time and not only pay Joey back but give him and his mom some extra cash. He should have then given cash to his grandmother on a regular basis, like rent to help his grandparents out who are limited financially. Also, helping his grandmother by cleaning the house as much as he can on a regular basis and stopping the lying would have made his outcome a lot better and I know his grandmother would be very happy with him. He was very lucky Mr. Garcia liked him, cut him some slack and granted him passing grades in the 9th grade.
Joey "Wheels how can you afford to play Video Games?" Wheels: "I Have Some Savings". Boy please, you didn't even try to earn your keep and let's not forget My Parents took you in, if it weren't for them you'd be in some Group Foster Home or something."
She was my "Favorite". Very cool, and down to earth. Sadly we didn't see Joey's Father afterward. Remember in The Child Abuse Episode they talked about raising four kids, I wonder if they were the children of other family members or did they foster for a hot minute.
You are so right on. I think that Wheels felt that Joey "owed" him. Remember in Season 2 of DJH when Mrs. Wheeler said she didn't want Wheels hanging around with Joey then on the night they died, Wheels snuck out to Practice after Joey convinced him to come over. Maybe Wheels felt that if he had listened to his Parents, this wouldn't have happened.
Wheels would have got the devastating news whether he sneaked out to go to Joey's house or not. Nobody ever expected that John and Helen Wheeler would be killed in a drunk driver's hands.
If there was another important life lesson learned is how the Family Dynamics changed when a "New" Person came to live in your House. Extra Mouth to feed, buying Groceries that you may not usually get and dealing with their moods etc. To add fuel to the fire was that neither one of Wheels's Grandparents were able to send Money to keep him in their house.
How could wheels go from my parents died two years ago I'm fine, from "MY PARENTS WERE KILLED I CANT Get over it" oh that's right he uses his parents accident to bale himself out of his selfishness.
ha! Just noticed: The same background noise when Joey is talking to Wheels in the car is heard when Joey is talking to Snake in the school yard afterwards. "Yeah eh....that's what I was talking about earlier."
I rember watching cant live with em from season 3 from degrassi junior high. joey talked him into doing that demo tape on the night when his parents were killed. After all that he turned on his friends. He was upset enough to use his parents death as exuces for his actions
Hey guys, I almost had a hallucination or a case of "Deja View". Look at 02:11 & 02:18 and you will see BLT walking down the Hall with Cindy. Also don't you notice on alot of TV Shows The Women always take care of The Bills ie Mrs. Jeremiah in this Episode as well as Alicia Florrick on The Good Wife.
Mrs. Jeremiah was in comparison to Mrs. Simpson more cooler. She wasn't overbearing, and pesty and allowed Joey to have a "Life". Remember how Mrs. Simpson and how high strung she got when Snake went away for the weekend and before he went to College.
It's sad it's been almost 3 years after I lost my mom, and my dad is a stranger, so I have no parents either but that doesn't mean I lash out and do other people wrong for it, I appreciate those who are like family to me.
There's nothing wrong with being Trusting, but I wouldn't have put my Purse in a area where Temptation would be used so to speak. I remember I had put $20.00 on my Dresser, and my Cousin and Friend came over to say Hello. I realized my Cash was gone but I didn't confront The Boy. I thought it was my fault for being careless. Also Wheels took Money in small denominations thinking that nobody would notice.
+laminage How on earth is leaving money in YOUR room careless? They stole it and therefore it is their fault, not yours. Joey's mum left money in her wallet which was in her bag in her own house - that isn't being careless.
+Blair Williams Yeah, but looking back I had several cousins who had very bad attitudes about Money. They would borrow and not pay back, whine that you had money and they didn't or go out with you and tell you at the last minute they didn't have any money and ask you to cover them. Now many of them in debt and don't know why.
I always say you should ideally put your money in your wallet, in a safe or in a bank account but it was your room, ffs. I would have been doing some serious ass kicking and name-taking...
When I was in university during the mid 1990s, I hid my money very well in my bedroom, even inside my drawers, but my younger brother stole it often. It got so bad that I had to put a lock on my bedroom door, and even barricaded the entrance to my bedroom at night. He not only stole my money, but also some of my video games as well. Therefore, its not safe to say that Mrs. Jeremiah is careless on where she placed her purse.
So sorry Man. Two Of My Cousins were in the Same Boat. One Stole a beautiful pocket knife from another cousin, tried to lie and deny and when he go caught, and his father whipped him. His Grandmother begged him not to do it but he hollered "If he could steal small things, it will build up to big things!"
If you had been noticing money missing since after he moved in then why do you keep leaving your purse out? She didn't say anything ti him about it , just kept right on letting it happen
I don't think that Wheels Grandmother sent any money to help keep him. I would have said to Wheels "Look Your Grandmother is the only Family you have, go back apologize, work things out, you can't stay here anymore."
Another rule that Mrs. Jeremiah should have put to Wheels is that when Joey comes home from School, so do you!" Or as Madea says "Be in the house before the Streetlights come on."
Wheels really is annoying me now, like okay your parents died and that’s tragic but it doesn’t give you the right to be a douchebag or lying bum to your friends. I don’t even like Joey but in this episode he has every right to be mad!
@annettealex1 Oh I know that. My cousin who was the result of a Teenage Pregnancy was given to our Grandparents to raise and he always got his way because his Family felt Guilty that his "Real" Parents weren't there for him. He bought alot of that into his marriage and his Wife got so fed up, she divorced him
They are the TV Guide of Academics. It gives you a "basic" idea but not the full story. For example they used to do Close-Ups to give you an idea about the telecast but you have to watch the show to find out.
What took Mrs J so long??? Here's the rules I would had put down 1)Get a job or at least look for one 2)Pay room and board 3)Pitch in and help around the house 4)no drugs/alcohol/weapons And that's giving you a break!! Welcome to the real world!!!
Since the time span between Degrassi High episodes is usually two to three weeks or even a month, I'm wondering if Wheels really stayed at the Jeremiah's for longer than a month, possibly two or even three months? If we was here for a month, its possible that Wheels stayed in a shelter before staying with the Jeremiah's or he was given one last chance at his grandmother's house but blew it.
I think that Snake sometimes felt like the "Odd Man Out" with Joey & Wheels, because they were Friends since Kindergarten while Snake only became Friends with them in Grade Eight. I don't think that Snake had any close friends before them. Also Mr. & Mrs. Jeremiah should have established "House Rules" with Wheels, and Joey should have set up some boundaries. "My Stuff, My Property, Don't Touch!"
Although it's past the fact, I wouldn't have put My Purse in an area where Wheels could have access to it. I would have hidden it in my Bedroom or something. I've seen too many folks in my Family steal, and lie about it.
It’s sad wheels stealing from people that took him in especially Mrs J. That’s really taking advantage of his best friend and more so Joey mother she barley making it st times so definitely needs to go back home and wake up get his act together wise up.
Although Wheels did a bad thing, he did make amends by paying back with an Envelope. It was a Thick Envelope, I think it's more than he "stole" who knows he may have written A Letter Of Apology. My Cousin was like that, he would "Borrow" and when you ask him to "Pay Back", he'd get nasty and defensive and act like you're not supposed to ask him. He's a bit of a narcissist. He paid me back but he admitted he avoided me because he was ashamed that he couldn't pay me back.
Honestly, Wheels needs to get his act together. He shouldn't have stolen the money. A lot of parents wouldn't let Wheels stay with them knowing all of the trouble he's caused, but Joey's has. "I love living at your hoase!"
It's amazing how Wheels can sound so sincere when he lies.
That is the true characteristic of a Narcist. They are so smooth when they "lie" and when they get caught, they don't think they did anything wrong.

It's getting harder and harder to be #TeamWheels 😒 He starting to get on my nerves
I know what u mean! Never steal from your best friend parents !
What's weird is that he seemed to be nice again in the previous season, but now he's meaner than ever.
After the 2-part episode where he ran away then reconciled with his grandmother, they should have moved his storyline in a positive direction, but instead they had him become a lying jerk, and he drank and killed a 2 year old while driving. After that, there was nothing he could have done to redeem himself.
Arielle S. It’s even sadder knowing his life wasn’t very easily realistically either.
Arielle S., It helps if you focus on Wheels's tight jeans. :)
Remember the first time Joey told Wheels it was okay to lie in Degrassi JH? Look what wheels has turned into..
Love how they put "Fly By Night" by Rush on Joey's car stereo, Canada's best rock band, can't wait to hear their new album in two weeks.
This comment is old so sad news to report they retired in 2018 and the drummer died from cancer in 2019.
I went from feeling bad for Wheels to wishing he had been in the car with his parents.
Mike R. Ya man
See let's not get ahead of our selvs
Not too much on him
That's cold to say that you wish he would have died.
What the fuck are you a psychopath do you ever wish that wow I don’t care what somebody does you don’t wish that on somebody but I lost my parents in a car accident to and I was in the car with them and on top of that goes there a tragedy like this and appears like that sometimes it changes you you’re an idiot to ever wish that on somebody is one thing to not feel bad for him anymore but you don’t wish that on somebody crazy son of a bitch
what's with Snake's hair in this episode? lol
instead of being grateful that he was taken in by his friend's family, he stole from them and called his best friend a jerk...some people deserve to be smacked
Wheels really crossed the line when he took the last Dipps from Joey. :)
"Hey! First come first serve!"
That is effed up!
he's a thief and he lied to his best friend
The Skittles teef dem
Wheels become a bad person, not because his parents died, that is not an excuse to do bad things.
Luis Castillo your parents ever die?
My mom passed away from cancer nearly three years ago, but I moved on.
If I didn't, my mom would be very disappointed if she was alive today.
everyone is so pretty! everyone aged SO WELL
Wheels has turn to a free loader!
I had a "friend" like wheels once. He lied to everyone. He stole from everyone, and not just petty change. And when caught red-handed, he'd play the victim. One's family problems does not lead them to steal from friends. Needless to say, the "friendship" ended badly.
I was surprised that Wheels was never tested for drugs or other addictions.
Actually family promise can cause people to steal it happens all the damn time longer than you think not everybody does it nope but there are people has been to tragedies are in two things yeah they do calls on the seal now is there any excuse oh fuck now and what I want a friend like that it’s going to steal from me know I have friends so for me I had a friend that she would lie steal she would even lie to her mom because I’m her Metallica one time I’m not allowed to have company over you know my mom was at home so she lied your mom saying that we had to do a project and she walked to my house and I my mom wasn’t home from the door everything I didn’t answer the door right away and then she called me for my neighbors house so then I had a litter in and I was afraid I’ll get in trouble but I tried I tried explaining my mom I did not know she was coming I told her she can come over when she wasn’t home because I almost got in trouble for that and then I talk to her and her mom called us she said awesome by the project and I was like what project my friend and tell me anything about that doesn’t even tell me she lied to her mom and her mom was a nice woman she was a single mom trying to raise her and doing her best but she was also the only girl she had like four other brothers but yeah I try to stay friends with her for a long time but it just didn’t work out because she would do that stuff all the time and I just couldn’t help her anymore and I felt bad for giving up on her but now that I’m older I wish I didn’t give up on her because I look back and I’m like I don’t know what she was going through
@@HalifaxHercules I once said the same thing.
I don't blame you. What a shame. What happened to him since.
joey is becoming one of my favorit characters. i hate that weels stole from him!! >
CresentSanctuary yeah I hated him first in Degrassi junior high but now I love him so much
He stole from Mrs.
I think about how much Craig payed Joey back often watching this show
There was a glitch at 02:08 and 02:21.
Louis Fotunato Yes and that's how the whole Degrassi Legacy started. Next year it will be 25 Years.
Hell Yes, Joey was rolling, cranking out RUSH, I wish he would have played some KILLER DWARFS while rolling around.
RIP Neil Hope
WoodsTV I have to agree. 😂😂
Wheels was such a dick in the later seasons but stealing from his best friend's mom was inexcusable. Even most bad people wouldn't sink that low.
Right! Wheels lost his parents and he had bad times but he went too far.He needs a good slap and he should stop the eternal chorus "Poor me..My parents died"..and so on..He must assume his bad actions.
Joey and his mom are such kind people, for allowing a trouble boy to live with them.,
Yeah the announcements were funny as hell. Alex was always losing glasses, etc!
wow no wonder joey and snake don't know wheels in the future
right there you can tell wheels is lying
"Maybe she spent it and forgot." OOh that is a HUGE red flag! I take that as he is guilty as sin. Heard that one before.
He's gaslighting.
@@needles1987 Yup, exactly!
Very nice music choice that Joe and wheels were listening to 😄😄😄😆🎸🎹🎤🎶
"It's not my fault she left her purse out in the open"
Oh yes! My Cousin did that. She saw some Money that was hidden in a Sugar Bowl, and took it and acted nonchalant. People will take your Cash and "Lie" and deny and when you ask them to look you in the eye about it, they get defensive and angry because they know that they are guilty as Sin.
i could slap wheels....and to think i used to love this guy *grr*
Wheels definitely crossed the line stealing the last Dipps. :)
a master manipulator can use a tragic event in their lives to evoke sympathy from their friends and family, most friends will help but after always being on the giving end wears thin, you do not steal from a family giving you a home and then get mad because they caught you using them
Wheels' glasses always creeped me out!
I hate seeing wheels go bad :/ he's one of my favorite characters
I read they would use what was really going in the characters lives to make their storylines. They went too far with Wheels. His character became despicable.
everyone is commenting about wheel stealing the money and I’m over here dying at snakes hair I CANT TAKE IT OML 😂
This was Reagan's times, the Cold War and Flash Gordon's era, OK?
Alphonse Duponey 😂 ok...
Randomlyrare_hotsauce Never steal you always get caught
You know what's a real hoot. Maureen McKay is now a Real Life Lawyer. She talks about The Stereo, now it's on Computers, IPODS, IPads, etc.
I love joeys mom
She was my "Favorite". Very cool, and down to earth. Sadly we didn't see Joey's Father afterward. Remember in The Child Abuse Episode they talked about raising four kids, I wonder if they were the children of other family members or did they foster for a hot minute.
Looking back Gretichen Heilberg would have been perfect on a Soap Opera.
Fosho😊@@laminage
Thief. Damn Wheels. Lmao. I love classic tv from the 1980s. RIP
Nobody ever expected that John and Helen Wheeler would be killed in a drunk driver's hands.
can tell the show made it big when rush is on the radio
Joey and his family are too nice. That's why Wheels took advantage of them. They should have kicked his ass.
This is great! My best friend doesn't believe me! Thanks a lot! Jerk!
oh hey i hear a Rush song!
How could wheels go from my parents died two years ago I'm fine, from "MY PARENTS WERE KILLED I CANT Get over it" oh that's right he uses his parents accident to bale himself out of his selfishness.
sucks that his parents died. but still he behaved badly anyway and its beyond other peoples control
ha! Just noticed: The same background noise when Joey is talking to Wheels in the car is heard when Joey is talking to Snake in the school yard afterwards. "Yeah eh....that's what I was talking about earlier."
It’s so sad how it took Wheels being in prison to mature.
i used to love wheels
I rember watching cant live with em from season 3 from degrassi junior high. joey talked him into doing that demo tape on the night when his parents were killed. After all that he turned on his friends. He was upset enough to use his parents death as exuces for his actions
You could be the best of friends with somebody, but you just can't live together. It's a whole new world.
RIP Neil Hope aka Wheels!!!
He's been living at joeys for month, hes been taking money over time so he probably owes her like $100 dollars maybe more maybe less
Mrs. Jeremiah was in comparison to Mrs. Simpson more cooler. She wasn't overbearing, and pesty and allowed Joey to have a "Life". Remember how Mrs. Simpson and how high strung she got when Snake went away for the weekend and before he went to College.
Snake's mom was a helicopter parent, a smother mother.
It's sad it's been almost 3 years after I lost my mom, and my dad is a stranger, so I have no parents either but that doesn't mean I lash out and do other people wrong for it, I appreciate those who are like family to me.
It's funny how the only untrained actor in this show is probably the most convincing ( wheels )
My understanding is Neil Hope was the closest to this character on real life
He was basically playing himself
His Grandmother begged him not to do it but he hollered "If he could steal small things, it will build up to big things!"
rip neil hope
If you had been noticing money missing since after he moved in then why do you keep leaving your purse out? She didn't say anything ti him about it , just kept right on letting it happen
I don't think that Wheels Grandmother sent any money to help keep him. I would have said to Wheels "Look Your Grandmother is the only Family you have, go back apologize, work things out, you can't stay here anymore."
“I don’t steal,”-And Wheels just became a pathetic POS....
At 8:06, I noticed that Tessa Campanelli is on the Degrassi Cheerleading Team.
I didn't know that Tessa was a Cheerleader.
Well, she was willing to put her legs in the air for Joey in School's Out! lol
Yeah... Wheels hit a teen-low at this point... going only deeper roughly a year or two later...
@delfin violeta I'm not sure if he's supposed to be First Nations in the show. The actor is Italian.
Who, Joey? I think he mentioned being Italian on the show.
Funny that Michelle can’t understand the legal stuff, but the actress becomes a lawyer in real life lol
I don’t even like Joey but in this episode he has every right to be mad!
wheels turned into a little skum bag. he needs a beating
@annettealex1 Oh I know that. My cousin who was the result of a Teenage Pregnancy was given to our Grandparents to raise and he always got his way because his Family felt Guilty that his "Real" Parents weren't there for him. He bought alot of that into his marriage and his Wife got so fed up, she divorced him
man I wish Wheels would've been in that car with his parents
He was supposed to be in the car with them. That's why he felt so guilty when they got killed.
U know its bad when your homies Are tired of your shhhhhh
Michelle is so beautiful
Good old Coles notes. Great cheater books, especially for shakesphere plays.
Marsbar1212 coles notes are no good once you're out of high school..
I prefer reading the actual books.
They are the TV Guide of Academics. It gives you a "basic" idea but not the full story. For example they used to do Close-Ups to give you an idea about the telecast but you have to watch the show to find out.
If I went to degrassi high, I'd totally date Wheels 😍😍😍
Me too!
He'd probably clean you out..
spoiler alert....................... given what happens to him in schools out not a good idea
Julie C. He'd probably rai your wallet..
He'd either rob you, hit you or force himself on you given how badly his life was going.
Joeys mom did not deserve that. Like he should’ve been grateful instead of gaslighting Joey.
Btw she’s very pretty.
Those Dipps are really good
What took Mrs J so long???
Here's the rules I would had put down
1)Get a job or at least look for one
2)Pay room and board
3)Pitch in and help around the house
4)no drugs/alcohol/weapons
And that's giving you a break!!
Welcome to the real world!!!
So 80s man
Yeah, i could totally tell. =) He was quite cute.
Okay I understand stealing fr. ur own parents-i did that as a teen once or twice-but stealing from someone else's??? That's LOW.
Shelter most likely. Nan Wheeler was adamant he had to go.
@@Hulk2k6 Since Wheels' Grandparents were from his adoptive Mother's side, notably Helen Wheeler's, I'm not sure if she was known as Grandma Wheeler.
He might have a point when stating "first come first served", no? :-D
YEA EHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Although it's past the fact, I wouldn't have put My Purse in an area where Wheels could have access to it. I would have hidden it in my Bedroom or something. I've seen too many folks in my Family steal, and lie about it.
Ewww snakes haircut looks bad in this episode
