    🍰 Ingredients:
    For the Coconut base:
    Desiccated coconut 1 cup (100g)
    Hot Water 60ml (¼ cup)
    For the Caramel syrup:
    Brown Sugar ½ cup (100g)
    Hot Water 60ml (¼ cup)
    Dates 200g (1 ⅓ cups)
    Nuts 100g (1/2 cup)
    Glazed Cherries 200g (1 cup)
    Ginger freshly grated 1 tablespoon
    Zest of a Lemon/ Lime
    Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon
    2 Eggs
    Melted Butter 110g (½ cup)
    Plain flour 150g (1 cup)
    Baking powder 1 teaspoon
    Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
    1-2 teaspoons of Cinnamon powder/ allspice powder
    or cardamom powder
    Toffee sauce:
    Butter 110g (½ cup)
    Brown sugar 100g (½ cup)
    Heavy cream 180ml (¾ cup)
    Measuring cup size - 240ml
    Baking pan 20x20 cm (8x8 inch)
    Bake in a preheated Oven at 170c (338f) for about 45-55 mins
