In third generation lateral flow test of HIV the test device have antigens coated by the company in nitrocellulose membrane Is these antigens are virulent??? These may transmit infection if someone get contact with these antigens with open wound ?

1) I have done HIV 1 DNA PCR qualitative on 78,94,110 days result is NOT DETECTED
2)I have done RNA PCR qualitative method taqmon on 110 days result is NOT
DETECTABLE
3) I have done ECLIA 4th generation P24 & antibody on 78,88,94,105,120 and result is non reactive
4) Also one rapid test on 32, 64 days result is negative
5) Hiv 2 Rt qualitative at 110 days is also not detected
6)P24 antigen detectable test at 110 days is also negative

@@syedmansoor1276 Thanks . I have done HIV RNA viral load at 126 day also . It was not detected . Drs are saying not to repeat any test . But many drs have different views on that some physician who are not infectious specialist they say to test till 1 year . Those who are infectious specialist they say 84 is the maximum window period . There is clash in the opinion . But what I noticed and talked to many people via youtube they still do testing after 3 years also .

RNA is Nucleic Acid which is there in the virus and this test is 100% sure test which detects the presence of this chemical in blood sample for HIV testing and it can be detected as early as 10-15 days since ur exposure if you got infected. This is a sure shot test. So if you have done the RNA Viral load test so many times and it’s still not detected then why worry be happy 😃. Itna stress kyu le rahe ho !! Aap safe ho aur koi chinta mat karo. Life a happy life tension free but with responsible attitude.
