I did not pull the vg. In the tow, especially when kiting to the side, we use vg off. After release pull vg on. In this case I just left it off because it looked like going to be a rough ride close to the rock. Wind in low altitude was strong. However, it turned out that air was smooth and thermal rising up in comfortable distance to the rock.

next summer I will put Gamaveka on the flight plan. A little more marketing so maybe there will be more hang gliders
We will do. Very laidback and easy flying. Mountain launch on NW wind. And boat tow on calm wind or SW as in video.
