Wait a minute, General Hawk is the Commander of this outfit and he doesn't know how Falcon got in? I would have assumed that new recruits coming in would have to get his approval first. If Duke brought Falcon in, I would ask the question who is really running GIJOE here? Also if Duke did recruit Falcon, If I were Hawk, I'd bust Duke to private and put him on KP.
@mattrospecs If Falcon did stay his point and Nemesis still succeeded in freeing Serpentor, then he wouldn't be blamed for it and he wouldn't be court marshalled.
Almost forgot Falcon could have been thrown out earlier when he slapped Jinx on the ass. She could of went to Hawk and filed sexual harassment by an "officer".
