Craziest part about the dragon madness alert is that if some of the gold in your account was from a dragon's hoard it wouldn't affect you unless you were aware of it and the Alert would make you aware of it.

I love Dragon Madness Alert because it's completely counterproductive. Dragon Madness only affects you if you know your money is cursed with it, so the alert effectively allows Dragon Madness to persist by tracking and identifying it. Sure, one could argue that identifying all coins with Dragon Madness would be a good thing since you could then melt it all down and destroy it, but the alert system has nothing to do with that.
The bank in question is KVX, which started out with the company mission of preserving a dragon hoard against time. Dragon Madness Alert is very productive for the dragon. I'd guess it's a remnant of the company that has persisted past the old guard.
Can Fabian do a big caritative thing by asking all the poor people in Solace to swear he is their nemesis and then cashing out?

so at 3:37 banker guy says that they changed the color of their logo from red to blue, and in the most recent episode we found out that Oisin's great-great-great-great-great grandmother was hanging out with Kalvaxus. I wonder if changing the color to blue (which is the color of Oisin and presumably his kin) was a subtle nod to the connection they have, or maybe I'm just reading to deep into it haha

I don't know how this season ends, but if it ends with Kristen still a cleric, I will be so deeply confused. I think, just as a character, Cleric doesn't fit. She's like an addict in search of a substance
If Kristen only chose something with any type of conviction, I could like the character, and, while Kristen is funny, I can never connect to it. I guess living with religion is a bigger trauma for some people than I already imagined... Compared to other of Ally's characters, Kristen was interesting in season 1 only, and then became too much of an indecisive mess. I like to compare Kristen to Pete: Pete was objectively bad and somewhat evil, but he tried his best to evolve and eventually did; Kristen wasn't bad I'd say at any point, but just doesn't seem to examine anything at any depth (Even Pete did that). I guess it's what Ally wants to play tho, and I imagine this resonates to some of Ally's past life. If it's the case, I can't imagine how hard that was, honestly, and hopefully atheism or agnosticism was eventually found.
And Pete had convictions, at least. Your convictions can be misplaced, but this whole "unproductive human doubt" thing isn't that appealing to me, specially with the religious angle being upfront. I guess I'm ill equiped to understand this character specifically.
What kinda makes it worse for me is Cassandra's tragic backstory. She was already betrayed and in effect murdered by her followers once, and now Kristen is neglecting her. It frankly feels a bit abusive.
I think it's far too much pressure to put on a sixteen year old student, especially given Kristen's own backstory. They were not even loosely tied to a religious cult and wasn't ever allowed to truly think for themselves, they were literally chosen by a god at birth and instructed to blindly follow ever since. I don't think it's far outside of the realm for a highschooler to be inconsistent with their beliefs, and to not be mentally ready to ever fully commit to a god while they're still very much learning how to think for themselves. Granted, it's your opinion, but I just think their story of doubt is so much more powerful than it seems.
@@jalenhill7598 Sure, but they did make the promise to their god. Now, they can recant their promise, but the neglect and borderline gaslighting their already once-betrayed deity is selfish and cruel, is my point. Help the goddess to find some good people and then peace out.
