Hai! 💕Been having so much fun eating lots of food and sharing it with everyone. Please let me know what you're excited to try and if you have any places you we should go to next! ☺
Last time we ate at the Paik's (a couple of months ago), I asked for a container for my leftovers; guy added a bunch of extra jjajang sauce and extra takuan without me asking, it was great service! And the Santa Clara one seemed to taste basically the same as the Paik's we tried in Busan a couple of weeks before that.
Wow that’s super nice of them! Need to try eating in the restaurant sometime. Just got it to go again last night 🤗 hehe. I didn’t realize they had in Busan! Didn’t stumble upon it when we visited. Did you like your time there? Busan was our favorite city in Korea. 😊 people were so nice
Another place just a block away from Paik's I like to get pretty good jajang myeon would be Ttobongee Chicken. My husband loves their whole fried chicken and fried rice as well.
I love the fried chicken at Ttobongee! 🥰 I had the Jjajangmyeon there too. Thought the flavor was good but it was a bit corn starchy. Maybe it was just that day, so willing to give it another try again soon 😊
I know right?! You should try the mango boom at Hey Tea. SOOOO good! It also has coconut and sago too. I dare say, it might be slightly better than HLS 🫣 Will be showing it in upcoming video.
I know! Sf always seems so far away. I also really like b Patisserie! Their original kouign amann is my fav. 🤤 Do you have any favorite bakeries in the South Bay?
Thank you for the tip, went to Croissante this morning, must of been 20 people in line. We bought multiple pastries but have only tried one so far, kouign aman , delicious 😋! I like them better than Arsicault, flatter and crispier and in Santa Clara.

I've been craving that persimmon cake!! so yummy
I know! I wonder how long they will have it for and what the next seasonal flavor will be
Crushing those pastries in front of the camera is like a 3D movie! 🤪
Crushing is definitely the right word. I need to work on pulling food apart 🤣
LOVe the mango sago at HLS ! all the way from SF - worth it. Lol

Excited for you to try 😊 Please let me know if you have any other recs in the future.
Came across your vlog, always looking for French pastry. Arsicault in San Francisco is wonderful but living in the South Bay we don’t go there often.
