*Watch with captions for lyrics* On Fort George G. Meade, Mass Communication Specialists march to class. MCs are public affairs Sailors. Their jobs consist of news writing, photo/video, and graphics. B610 was the Navy’s ill-advised and short-lived attempt to change our rates to job codes.
The version with music thanks Andre: • U.S. Navy goes METAL -...

Forgot to do my ORM now I'm going home
Nice bro
Hi 👋 friend's Army's military shoulder officer's 🙏 vanagam
Thanks for the lyrics man!!!
A5 and I would be very 22
GOD THANKS some time ago I searched for this correct lyrics for ONE WEEK
People should take a few minutes to appreciate this man's vocal.
absolutely incredible
This instructor is firmly in my top five metal vocalists of all time thanks to Andre Antunes.
/watch?v=9cOrWx5B554
Even without music it's amazing.
im at least up to a 100 or 2 listens to that myself...
What RDC? These are booters hence the pinned chevrons on only one side.
I listen to Andre's Version 5-6x's a month, Fawking awsume this dude is!!!!\m/❤
That seaman was actually telling the cameraman to get out of his way.
😂
The metal version by Andre Antunes really adds spirit to this
yeah it does!
Couldn't agree more!
i came here because of him 😁
Gave me chills. That instructor or whatever position he carries is a hype his platoon up. He got me ready to run thru a wall at the end.
Agreed 👍!! Time to change out the bugler and add a metal band!!
"What's your rank son?"
"I'm an Andre, sir"!
"Then light em up, son!"
We will never forget this seaman's outstanding talent.
@@johninalaska9563 I know, but still you knew who I meant. Seaman is just someone who's in the U.S. Navy in general.
More people should know of this ... great video. I found it, because Andre Antunes added hard rock guitars and drums to it. Great stuff ... thanks ...
Appreciate it!
Ye me to....i can t unhear it
I am too.👍👏🤘🇧🇷
Exactly. That dude makes some awesome metal videos. But this is independently pretty awesome cadence calling.
Yes, that just brought
me here.
Im a vet,and drill pad was my favorite part of the day in basic training.I enjoyed it so much that I love watching other armies from other countries in different times.I must say the U.S. has the sloppiest marching in all branches.
Thanks for your service and thanks for watching!
Yes, yes we do.
I like the sloppy marches over goose stepping. Who needs show in military displays? Actions speak louder than words when it comes to discipline.
@@ChaoticAtmosphere always felt the same

The second dude is amazing!
Yup, even better ua-cam.com/video/9cOrWx5B554/v-deo.html
Check out the metal version.

Dude can sing
That is my brother
Steamroller is probably one of the best cadences.
Agree
It is
Factsssss
Hi 👋 Pugh
H dxh h lnf s dad xb
YO! That is my boy Trombley! He got so much better at calling cadence.
Steamroller is the worst cadence
I fell for you
Better than when you last saw him or since this video because I couldn't imagine him getting even better 👍
I started watching this after my 6yo boys found it on youtube and sung the song in and out.... pretty nice cadence spirit
Awesome!
I watched the “ u.s. navy goes metal!” Music before watching this one lol
hell yeah Andre antunes is a talented guy
"one team one fight" until you go to captains mast... lmao
Lol
lol
Lmaoooooo
Aint this the truth 😂
4 times in a month for me back in 2004 when I was in not fun especially a Brig on the ship
One team, one fight. I love this. Bravo Zulu, Great Lakes!! Go Navy! Love being part of the Navy’s combat team!
The Navy is like death metal cadences.

You mean *rock n roll not metal
This cadence is probably my favorite.
This guy really has the charisma of a rockstar!
The steam roller cadence caller’s last name is Trombley, went from being a Recon Marine to being a Navy Public affairs guy, nice
So he did cross NOS.😂😂😂
I love this cadence. I would be shouting this during march drills.
Im just sitting here thinking back on some of the few happy moments from basic and marching and singing this as loud as possible is top 3. I honestly miss when we were all amped up after a good day marching back to the ship from some shit just shouting this.
Awesome stuff, this gentleman should consider a singing career after he's out
I love how it looks like he enjoys it
So awesome to see my son!!! TY
@Damion Dietz the one in blue XD
Yeah who's your son
What the hell? No no no no no...
I couldn't tell you how many times I tried to get Navy personnel to march correctly during our Change of Command ceremonies and other events. There's just something about the "rolling seas" that they just can't get away from. Yes, I'm a Marine.
That second cadence however was pretty good there for a while. Not all the way through, but not bad. Good job.
Calm down. I bet your infantry too 😂
@@mybackithurts7792 you bet. 0311, then lat move to air wing, 6217.
Don't need to calm down, I hold steady very well.
This Shit sucks. I am definitely learning about other branches and how different they are compared to the Marine Corps.
I called cadence in A school, the trick is to break down to the number cadence every few verses to reset the column and keep everybody in step. There's always going to be that one dumbass that doesn't get it but overall that works really well.
@@MDchainsaw Good, you figured out a system that worked for you.
Generally we keep the beat in a sing-song pattern, so even if you can't hear the words, you can feel where the left foot strikes the deck.
Makes it easy to insert short commands on the pivot foot and long commands on the side of the direction of movement any time you want.
Pivot foot: "Column left... HUH!"
Direction foot: "By the right flank... HUH!"
Oorrah.
My grandpa was in the navy he died in 2014 🇺🇸 Thank you grandpa ❤️
I’m sure he was a cool dude thanks for watching
Good job 👏 thnk you for serving in he's country' I like you....take care always..ser @ maam.
your grandpa=epic dude
One of my favorite cadence to chant during my CPO season.
Results almost out for this year
50 feet away and just singing numbers and it still sounds awsome!
My great grandfather served in the Navy i still have his ring i can still make out the little eagle on it.

Thanks man I'm pasting this at the top. It's leads. Public affairs students create leads (ideas) for stories.
Thank you for your service God bless you all. I can't wait my son return from navy service...
Thank you for your support. Where is your son stationed?
He is taking the training in Chicago.
@@marbellaperez5005 Ah ok he just started!
tell your son someone on the internet thinks he's a warrior!

Love it this is the kind of motivation I need from my future sailors

Who else is here cos of Andre Antunes?! I been out of the Army for 30 years and this kind of unity is what I miss most.
2024 I joined the navy this gets me pumping
I spend 5 days in basic leadership training and now I'm obsessed with these😹❤️
Nice how’s it going
@@USNavyMC three years ago I would be shocked to find out I’m now in the navy😹
@@windrunner6937 😅Hope you're well! Sorry for the delay, friggin UA-cam was blocking comments, i had no idea.
Can't wait to join! Btw those uniforms are badass
We're going to green camo soon. The transition to the Type III's has already started, with full compliance by Oct 1, 2019.
My30thnamechoice
Why switch to green?
My30thnamechoice so glad for that
Sorry for the late reply bro! The current NWU's have received massive feedback saying they're too hot and too flammable and too useless in the field. For example, when Sailors get sent to the desert to work (it happens), the blue camo becomes very useless.
Um no they arent. You stand a 240 watch in Ft. Lauderdale wearing that shit. Good luck..
I love a good cadence march!
OMG Goosebumps. Brings me back to bootcamp GAF Fliegerhorst Goslar Oct. 1982. ☺️
Thank you for your service.
Dang..wish I had cadence like that when I was in boot.
Me too!🤘🏼
This should be a movie nice video
Cadence caller going balls to the wall. Love to see it!
This just made me wanna be an mc even more!
I dislike the people who disliked this video
Thank you for serving our country
Thank you for your support!
That 2nd voice is awesome! So clear and easy to understand!
When i was a junior sailor i hated marching. When i became a 1st class i couldnt wait for cadence in the morning. Im retired now, and i really miss this.
Yeah that's usually how it goes. Hard to appreciate things as they happen.
@USNavyMC once we started doing CPO365 it meant a little more. Everyone was full of Hooyah.

You can bet this will be making an appearance at the next battalion moto run
Have you seen this version? This might be even better for a moto run. ua-cam.com/video/9cOrWx5B554/v-deo.html
That transition was great
From the first guy to the second? I agree!
reminds me of when I was in boot camp (Bainbridge, MD) back in the 70s.....although this song is awesome....
Wow that is old school for sure! I’m sure it was much different going to Boot Camp then
Thank you from me personally. Hearing the Military songs and Roman Catholic songs, etc., helps me through homelessness. Especially when the climate in Salt Lake City Utah becomes under or near 0 degrees and I have to sleep outside this winter, last fall, and last summer and spring. I am a Spanish French person (lady, older somewhat, a bit debilitated) and a semi-retired really more retired Dept. Of Defense civilian employee of 17 years and Janitorial Maintenance and apprentice for almost three years. Volunteer of County library at 17 years old and Guadalupe Center English as a Second Language volunteer for two years in my 20s. Born a USA citizen with never being outside our Nation, no passport ever. I won many awards and was a scholar in younger years and in college. (School of Applied Technology, almost BS degree-s). Recruiting, Selecting Officers for the US Marines and Clerk for USAR, with dad as a Veteran of Foreign Wars, and mother a Blacksmith's daughter who knew how to handle a team of horse and wagon, helps me too. Love from God is the only real reason I am still alive. How about you?
Thank you for your comment. What a journey you've been on! I'm very sorry you're having a hard time, but thank you for your service to our nation. Please reach out to a homeless outreach counselor here:

I coulda swore that the second guy sounds like Johnathan Michael Fleming only reason I'm saying that is because his voice sounds exactly like him correct if I'm wrong.
I'm Army and we sing this cadence often. Atleast my platoon did. Graduated yesterday. We modified it abit to fit army
Congratulations on graduating, dear UA-cam stranger. I hope you have a long and successful army career ❤️
This guy's got PIPES!!! 1:55 Should be lead singer in a metal band, dude!
Josiah Trombley kicks ass with his vocals in this Steam Roller march. Here's the full metal jacket version: ua-cam.com/video/9cOrWx5B554/v-deo.html

He's awesome doing his drill but the yelling is going to give himself an aneurysm. He turned so red. 😮😮😮

Did you do it?
@@edgy6562 its been 3 years he probably did
Arpoc kicken out a cadence. I still move to this sound in my head to this very day and I left the USN in 93.
I'm going to start to work out to this one on repeat.
What a voice bro 😤👍🏻
Last guy I heard sing this said B6 tenner instead of b 6 1 0 I think it flows better
My first exposure to this song was when someone added metal instrumentals to it and I thought you said "So you better get out of my way now before I slap my hand on you." and "Said you better get out of my way now before I cross knots on you."
To which to me, it makes me think you're so powerful as a soldier that the slap is a warning, and to cross knots means to strangle someone with a rope.
Yeah Andre Antunes put it to music and brought a lot of people here. It's pretty cool.
GO NAVY THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE
I love this video. This bring back memories of my girl scouts day ,
😂
Fantastic$
This one must be new. When I was in the navy 12 years ago we were singing about captain jack and driving a Chevrolet.
YES! Hey, Hey Captain Jack Meet me down by the railroad track. With a Bottle in your hand. I'm gonna be a drinking man. A drinking man.
Man we used to sing about fat people, old people, crazy shit.
@@USNavyMC Mama Mama Can't ya see, What the Navy's done to me...
Turns out that the man can leave the Navy, but the Navy never leaves the man. 33 years since I went ashore for the last time, and seems like yesterday. Still miss being at sea. IC2
Has Seaman Trombley commented on this video? It's a bad ass video to have of yourself. That dude needs to go back to Great Lakes as soon as he makes Second Class, to push boots!
I think he commented on Andre Antune's FB page. He put this to music and posted to his YT and FB. Sadly he recently separated from the Navy to pursue other goals.
It’s been said that to this day the cameraman still hasn’t gotten out of his way
Me:cool
