Id say if anything, Goku being able to use emotion in Ultra Instinct doesnt set him up for Ego or a comparable form, but instead sets it up for a fusion with Vegeta so that Vegito can use both forms in unison.

In the fan made "5 strongest in the Universe", Goku is able to go Primal MUI, and then combine Angelic power with it (a ring around his neck like Whis). It basically puts him just below the Grand Priest. Phenomenal writing over there if you haven't checked it out, ExperGamez. Between that series and yours, I stay super hyped!
That form was pretty straight fan made form callmearj made a decent ultra ego Goku and the way he have that Goku attain that was pretty wicked in a good way but not so much for Goku himself though
I disagree. Goku loves to fight and gets excited when he gets hurt, which happens a lot. It pumps him up and makes him want to fight more. Fits perfectly for UE. Vegeta has always been the calm one of the two and always used his head to form strategies and battle plans mid fight. He was even training his meditative side during the superhero arc. Fits perfectly for someone trying to learn ui (calm and smart.) Both goku and vegeta has shown that they could fit either transformation depending on when you check on them during the series.

What is this? There aren't 5 levels. This is your own theory you made up. Which is fine, but I'm just saying. There was ultra instinct omen, then mastered ultra instinct. Yeah MUI got stronger as the series went on, but I don't recall any mention that there were actual different stages, like in the case of ssj grades 1-4... Then at the end of the Gas fight he got that "saiyan pride" form or whatever. But I'm not even sure if that's another degree of UI or a new form altogether... Great video though. I really liked some of that artwork.

If Goku really wanted to, he could learn UE. If he did that, I'm confident he would run circles around Vegeta. Goku learned Hakai arcs before Vegeta just by watching Beerus do it. It was so good that even Merged Zamasu (a god might I add) had to use Mai to get him to stop. A few arcs later, and Vegeta needs a whole training arc just to learn how to do it.

Look at the fight against moro. There’s clear aggression emotions. So that’s why he choose to fight in omen because he doesn’t have to be calm and can use his emotions to his advantage.
