- Oil Recipe:-
Take 2 ridge gourd cut them in small pieces and let them dry for atleast 3 days, then take a bowl add coconut oil (according to the quantity of the oil to be prepared) keep the oil on low flame add the dried ridge gourd pieces in the oil. In that add dried curry leaves ( double the quantity of ridge gourd) cook this oil on low flame until it turns light brown. Strain the oil and keep it in air tight container. You can store it for 2-3 weeks easily.
