Went through the Calibrate Camera Lens 2 times and was passed on the the Calibrate Camera Alignment TWICE, which went on to the "Finish" tab. When all done, the Camera Control in Lightburn would not Highlight the "Update Overlay" and "Trace" Buttons. When the computer was turn off and then back on, The Camera Control would not even show the camera was active. Any Ideas?

The Polar comes with 2 lenses, a 2" and a 4". The 2" lens is what comes stock. The nozzle extends a good ways, so the distance from the tip of the nozzle to the item being engraved is a little less than an inch.
I own a Polar 350, along with a few other laser machines. @3:45 this is a dumb way to set the focus unless *every* single thing you ever cut/engrave is 3mm. Instead, you should use "z-offset" within the layer parameters. In this case, you would use "-14" there (out 14mm).
Why does the camera alignment card not print at the size required? Or at the very least, have SOMEWHERE other than this video that tells you what size it needs to be?
Had to use my printer to reduce the Calibrate Camera Lens test size by 50%. Still had to have the target a long ways away from the camera. Went through the process twice, with the Calibrate Camera Alignment, and got nothing in return. Camera is a good idea but good luck getting it to work.

Bonjour,jai recu m'a polar j'aimerais savoir pq je n'est que un seul interrupteur ? J'ai également un soucis des que je l'allume elle est toujours en rouge et quand j appuyé reset elle passe au vert . J'ai tester un simple cercle sur lightburn et il me dit problème lors de l'envoi que dois je faire pour résoudre c'est problème ? Et est til normal que lors du home le laser donne l'impression de forcer sue le coin droit ? D'avance je vous remercie Cordialement..
Bonjour. J'ai eu le même problème. Il faut régler les 2 interlockers de la vitre principale. L'important étant que tous les interlocker soit push. Si il y en a 1 d'ouvert la machine ne passera pas au vert. Bouton reset pour sortir du mode error après avoir fermé tous les interlockers.

Can you change the IP address of the laser? My network doesn't start with 192
Can try Edit > Device Settings > under "Other Options" (LightBurn 1.5.01) > IP Address

What the distance between the material and laser head? Can this be used for shallow wooden trays about half an inch deep?

Why is my air assist not on when i turn the machine on, neither the exhaust fan on the back
