I agree with you guys on that CGI effects. But the budget for both movies is just 60M$. So considering this budget the work they've done with CGI stands out, IMO.
I think 60 million$ is the budget of both the movies combined.
I mean I felt the elephant and animals were not as good but like the background....Disney could never
but they are seeing this movie 6 years after it was released.

Before ppl judge Bahubali, I wanna say Bahubali is a strong person with immense strength more like a born superhero.
Mahendra Baahubali is the son of Amarenda Baahubali, who is the son of Vikramadeva, who is the son of Lord Shiva. So to put that into perspective, Amarenda and Mahendra are demi-gods so to speak.

If u remember He comes out of earth,a lightning strikes(sky) and hits a tree burning it symbolizing fire, he jumps into water and jumps from the tower(air)...
The director symbolized he crossed elements of the earth(earth,sky,water,fire and wind) to save his mother....

Bahubali is the 1st and only non English film screened at Royal Albert Hall, London. And another big misnomer is that Bahubali is a Bollywood film...which actually is not, Bahubali is a Telugu Language film which we refer to as Tollywood in India. Bahubali is also the highest grossing film in India. The same team who made bahubali Including the director S S Rajamouli and his cousin /Music director M M keeravani are now making their next film called RRR( Rise Roar Revolt) which will release in early 2022 will also going to be absolutely epic if not more epic that Bahubali....we all Indians are eagerly waiting for RRR since 2018....The Teaser trailers and a behind the scenes video and a music video from RRR are out on youtube...we will be really happy if you guys react to them as well.

I'm not Indian or even Asian but After I saw My Name is Khan it was impossible not to become a fan of Indian cinema. I recommend you guys to watch Kaahani, one of the best thrillers in cinema, is great and of course My name is khan, a beautiful drama about a man with asperger's syndrome, and neither of these two films have musicals.
Musicals made the movie more impactful and interesting if used according to the story u westerners will not get it

The most viewed teser in the world is an indian upcoming movie kgf 2 of which the first part kg1 is a masterpiece which made people hyped for the 2nd one
Most of the big scale indian movies aren't aiming for the believability factor and is focused more on the entertainment which you'll get used to while watching more Indian movies ..(this is strictly steriotypical as indian movies industries are vastly different and is very complex to generalize )
