If enemies lack lifesteal/healing then you build oblivion orb and skip to deathcap but usually It's better to finish Morello because enemies have some healing sources.
Sudden Impact is better than Cheap Shot. It lasts 5 seconds granting more damage to all of your abilities after first R cast, meaning that altogether Sudden Impact deals more.
