Having some canto speaking friends with you is always super helpful, but these days a lot of spots have a menu that you just check off a list to order now! It's less intimidating this way, but for me growing up, it's always fun ordering off a cart haha
I love that dim sum place been there a handful of times ... everything yall order looked so delicious made me so hungry ... next time your here in vegas u need to visit Palace station casino and eat at there oyster bar 24/7 ... trust me on this order the pan roast or bouillroast... can't wait to see that video !
lol we were just walking around there earlier, not too familiar with LA chinatown so appreciate the rec. I only ever go out there for howlin rays or amboys
Huh, Vegas as a food destination... never thought of that! I'm not into bachelor parties, clubbing, gambling or shows, so Vegas never really appealed to me. I'll have to remember this next time I'm invited on a trip. Great video as always, Victor! I wish these were longer... 🙏😄
No Passport Required also just coincidentally put out an episode last week about Chinese food in Vegas if you wanted to dive into it a bit more. Great stuff here ua-cam.com/video/8oydtvYjUe4/v-deo.htmlsi=7V3SUxehcgIJ2OkQ
Keep up the good work man! I love the way you story tell in these videos...it makes me feel like you're a long lost friend even though we grew up on the opposite sides of the country. BTW, that footage of all the dim sum filling the table is crazy. They still do carts in NYC, but I never get that lucky and get all those dim sum together at the same time!! It's usually a wait until we get all the dim sum necessities.
Appreciate that a lot! A lot of the spots in the Bay just hand you a menu to check off now, so whenever I see carts I always enjoy it lol. But yeah definitely having that much dim sum come at one time was hella crazy, and not sure if that’s just how it is every time at this spot but glad it happened to us lol
As another ABC with super broken Canto, watching everyone order Dim Sum is *SATISFYING* !! lol everyone looking for Ha Choung😻I can eat 3 plates on my own... and now I'm starving and I envy all that food
@@HiDidYouEatYet Asian BBQ & Noodle is awesome and cheap and it's one of my favorite spots in Las Vegas, but you've already got the same type (or better) of that place in Oakland in the form of Gum Wah and Yung Kee
I’m intimidated by Dim Sum b/c I don’t know how to order it but I love it

Love the addition of the uncut footage at the end. Keep up the great work!
Thanks for watching!

"Asian BBQ & Noodle" on S Jones Blvd is the best. Shame Vegas is a car dependent hellhole
Bookmarked for the next Vegas trip
