I would like to suggest (when is is officially launched by bachmann) the Cities Sprinter set with an ACS-64 and 3 amfleet 1 passenger cars or Bachmann Acela with bonus cars.

Walthers mentions in the description of their Amfleet cars that the recommended minimum curve is 24" so that might be why they want to derail.

I had to slightly modify my Amfleet cars by trimming the Bolsters to allow the cars to make turn’s better.
I trimmed the undercarriage and swapped in longer Kadee hooks on my to get reliable operation on 22" curves.

I really really like these amfleets. Would they work well on Black roadbed Bachmann E-Z Track? I would love to have a set of these.
They will if you have large radiuses I run mine on 26” and 35”
